Enhanced help options in Bigin

We're excited to introduce a new enhancement to Bigin's Help section: a comprehensive Help Options panel that brings together all your support resources in a single, well-organized space.
​
Previously, the Need Help? menu provided only a limited set of support options like chat, email, and product tours. But with this enhancement, we've introduced a detailed help options panel that categorizes our help resources into three different tabs, making it easier for you to navigate and access what you need.
​

What problem does it solve?

As the number of help options in Bigin has grown, a basic dropdown menu was no longer enough to present them all in a clear and intuitive manner. This enhancement solves that by grouping related support tools under easy-to-understand categories and helping users quickly find the right kind of assistance.

We are categorizing these support options under three tabs:

Contact Us - Lists different channels users can avail to reach Bigin's support teams.
Self Help - Contains learning resources users can use to train yourself in Bigin
Useful Links - Provides a few more resources to help users make the most of your Bigin account.

  • Talk to us: Call us on our toll-free number, available Monday through Friday.
  • Write to us: Email your concerns to support@bigin.com.
  • Chat with us: Start a live chat with our product experts for quick help.
  • Send us a recording: Capture and send a screen recording of the issue you're facing.
Self Help
  • Videos: Browse our video library to learn more about Bigin's features.
  • Product Tour: Explore in-app tutorials that guide you through the basics of using Bigin.
  • Knowledge Base: Read step-by-step help articles to help you set up and use Bigin effectively.
  • Interactive Guide: Learn Bigin's interface and terminology in a hands-on, interactive way.
  • Resources: Access all of Bigin's help materials from a single place.
