Export Tickets from the Help Center

Hello everyone!

We are now allowing end users to export tickets directly from the help center.

The ticket export allows users to:

  1. Filter tickets by Department, Priority, and Account before exporting.
  2. Download files from Export History (Setup > Data administration > Export) for 7 days after export.
  3. For easy viewing and sharing, the exported files are in CSV format.

Why did we add this option?

  1. Maintain a personal record of the tickets
  2. Review past interactions anytime without logging in
  3. Share ticket details with others as needed
  4. Access data offline in CSV format
Export in help center is available in US, IN, AU and EU DCs. For more details, kindly refer to the help document
