Gefeliciteerd, je hebt een nieuwe collega of je hebt iemand aangenomen. Dat betekent dat je diegene ook moet toevoegen aan Zoho One. Om je hierbij te helpen hebben wij het volgende plan voor jullie opgesteld.
Zorg er eerst voor dat je de desbetreffende functie en afdeling in je bedrijf hebt aangemaakt. Heb je dit al gedaan? Dan mag je deze stap gerust overslaan.
Open "instellingen" en ga naar "Bedrijf". Eerst gaan wij een functie toevoegen. Klik erop en ga vervolgens naar "Bestemmingen". Hier zie je een overzicht van alle functietitels in je bedrijf. Klik op "Toewijzing toevoegen" en voeg de "Naam van aanduiding" toe. Als je al een gebruiker hebt aangemaakt dan kan je die toevoegen.
Vervolgens ga je een groep aanmaken voor je bedrijf. Klik op groep toevoegen en vul de velden in. Daarin kan je aangeven of het om een groep gaat of om een afdeling.
Nu je een functietitel en een afdeling hebt gemaakt kan je een nieuwe medewerker toevoegen. Ga hiervoor naar "Gebruikers" en klik op "Gebruiker toevoegen". Vul de noodzakelijke velden in zoals naam en e-mailadres. Uiteraard kan je meer velden toevoegen wanneer dit van toepassing is.
Nadat je de uitnodiging heb verstuurd heb je de mogelijkheid om de apps toe te wijzen. Wij raden je aan om dit gelijk te doen. Klik op de desbetreffende apps en vervolgens zal je de rollen en profielen moeten toewijzen per app.
Wanneer je klaar bent dan zie je onder de tab "Gebruikers" je nieuwe collega tussen staan met de bijbehorende informatie, toepassingen en groepen.
Ondertussen ontvangt je nieuwe werknemer de volgende mail.
Klik erop en je wordt doorgestuurd naar de volgende pagina. Gebruikers kunnen daar vervolgens hun naam en wachtwoord aanpassen.
Je nieuwe collega ziet een overzicht van de apps waar jij toegang tot hebt verleent.
Nu is je collega klaar om Zoho One te gebruiken.
