In Zoho Projects, you can now add log hours for the tasks and issues even if you are not assigned to them. This permission can only be enabled by the portal owner or the admin.

For instance, assume that you want to log time for an unassigned task. By enabling the Log Hours for Tasks and Issues for "All" under Timesheet settings, you will be able to log time even if you are not the owner of that specific task. Refer to our help document to learn how to log hours for tasks and issues.
