Presence of draft messages are not obvious

I can't count how many times this has happened to me.  It's at least 20 or 30 times.

I go to compose a message to a customer on a ticket, I think I hit "send" but maybe it didn't register, or I moved off the tab for another task and then closed the tab before sending.  A draft is saved, but it's never sent.

Then I go back to that ticket, sometimes weeks later to respond again and notice, :headwall: I never sent the draft.

The BIG issue here is that there is no visual indication anywhere outside of the ticket view that a draft exists.  Then, the only way you can spot the draft is by catching the red-text " draft" on one of the messages.  I've even missed that!

There should be a glaringly obvious indication on several top-level pages or lists when a saved/unsent draft exists on a ticket.  Perhaps on any of the list views for tickets, so that it's obvious in any custom view, etc.

If this indication already exists somewhere, it's not obvious to me.  And, it should be super obvious.  It's a major oversight.

During personal interactions at events, some of you have even made passing mentions about
