New in WorkDrive: Share files and folders to WorkDrive Support
You can now share files and folders with the WorkDrive support team with view or edit access to analyze, debug, or understand issues
related to preview, formatting, and editing. (For other issues, please send an email.)
When you share a file or folder with WorkDrive Support:
Download and comment permissions are restricted for WorkDrive Support by default.
File or Folder access will be automatically removed after 7 days. You can change or remove the WorkDrive support team's access anytime.
- Activity and access stats of WorkDrive support will be logged in each file or folder for auditing.
Share to Support option is available for all WorkDrive plans, and bundles of Zoho One, Workplace, and Remotely.
