Multicanal
Il s'agit de la possibilité pour les clients de contacter les entreprises par plus de deux modes de communication :téléphonie, SMS, e-mail et tous les canaux des réseaux sociaux tels que WhatsApp, Facebook, Instagram, et bien d'autres encore.
