Hello Partners,
We have started rolling out the new Zoho CRM For Everyone UI as the default experience for all users. This update is being released in three phases based on organization size and account type. We want to keep you informed of the rollout progress so you can plan ahead and support your clients during the transition.
During the rollout, users may see options to try the new UI before it becomes their default interface. If required, they can switch back to the Old UI from the user profile panel.
Phase 1: Completed – For Standalone Organizations and Bundle Accounts fewer than 50 users
This phase focused on smaller standalone organizations and bundle accounts with fewer than 50 users. This was applied for users across all editions [ Free, Standard, Professional, Enterprise, Ultimate, CRM Plus, and Zoho One ].
We displayed a banner with a Access New UI option in their accounts for all data centers and for both new signups and existing users.
Phase 2 : Completed — Organizations with fewer than 50 users
All organizations with fewer than 50 users will be moved to the new UI by default on the dates mentioned below.
Eligible users first saw a banner announcing when the New UI will become their default experience and then on the mentioned dates below, users automatically moved to the new UI.
This applies for users across all editions [ Free, Standard, Professional, Enterprise, Ultimate, CRM Plus, and Zoho One ].
Default switch dates [Edition-wise ]
- Standard and Professional : March 12, 2026
- Enterprise and Ultimate : March 17, 2026
- CRMPlus and Zoho One : March 25, 2026
PHASE 3: In Progress – Organizations with more than 50 users
For all larger organizations, we will first show a Try New UI banner for the admins so they can choose to enable Zoho CRM For Everyone for all users in their org immediately or later. If an admin chooses to :
- Enable Access Now : All users in their organization will immediately see a banner with an Access Now option to switch to the new UI.
- Enable Later : If access is postponed now, the option to switch to the New UI will be displayed to all users in an org on April 3rd, 2026.
This banner will be displayed to users regardless of whether they are currently using the old or new interface.
