Convert e-mail to case
L.s., Any idea on how to convert an e-mail to a case? Browsing around on this forum gives me the impression it is just not possible without using outlook.

Hi! When I contacts details, scroll down and choose send email, zoho chooses a different mail adress than my default. When i try to change it in set up/ personal settings/ account information, I´m not allowed to change email adress. What to do? Karl Henrik Børseth

Hi I connected my gmail at google apps with Zoho and i know there's an option to see all mails from certain contact in the zoho interface. How do i do it? Is this something with the Zoho mail account that i need to open and pay for? Thanks

Images Properties In CRM Email Templates
Why isn't there an image button on the template toolbar. It's on every other toolbar. It's on this forum message toolbar. Why not the Template toolbar??? I can paste an image from another Mail template (outside of CRM) but with no image properties, I don't have an easy way to stop the text from wrapping around the image. As a result, my footer is wrapping around my business card image at the bottom of the email. How do I keep the text in my footer from wrapping around the image at the bottom
Can I have multiple email senders?
I'm in Zoho CRM Mail > Setup > Email Templates > New Email Template window... Is it possible to get more that one email address in the "From" list? Or do I have to login to Zoho as a different user to create and send an email from my Office Manager account? My organization only has one user. Me. Thanks, --DJ
Need Image Button on CRM Email Template Toolbar
The CRM Email Template toolbar is mising a button. The Image button. It's on every other toolbar. It's on this forum message toolbar. Why not the Template toolbar??? sending email in Chrome - error msg "Insufficient Privileges to perform this operation"
I did a search of the forums and found 1 other user with the same message, and Zoho support asked for them to contact him directly so I don't know if there was ever a resolution. When using Chrome browser and sending an email with the Zoho email add-on in CRM, I will sometimes get an error message in the top bar of a popup window that says "Insufficient Privileges to perform this operation. Email Recording and Deletion
Hi. I have the Email (gmail) module. I see the emails being recorded in the CRM for the contacts. If I delete the email in the email module, will the email no longer be recorded in the Contact or is that a permanent record? Thanks
Editing Gmail account settings
I changed my google apps password after I started using ZOHO. Now I received a message that the autofetching feature in ZOHO mail was disabled. Where can I change the mail settings? If I go to 'configure gmail' I get the message that this account already is configured and then it skips to the next step.
Painful email templates
Firstly, there are no pre-made templates. Secondly, the HTML handling is poor. Just adding or changing a photo is painful, I have to go into the html and (firstly) FIND the image, then manually code it. Other changes - anything other than minor text - is just plain painful as well. Tables - ugh. Are there plans to upgrade this to something more friendly and usable - and up-to-date? I'll probably cancel and go back to MailChimp if there's no changes in sight.
Send a mail on CRM with Chrome
I want to send a mail since Chrome broswer and there is no pop up appear ? On Firefox is OK. Anybody know this problem ?
Windows Live Mail Support
We currently have Outlook 2007 but we want to switch everything over to Windows Live Mail and wanted to see if there was Zoho Integration for that too.
