Unified logins
I have used zoho as my primary email for at least the last six years, but it wasn't until recently I became confused with everything. My girlfriend's family is spread out from Canada to Italy, from the UK to South Africa, and I am working on setting up owncloud to bring them all together. each family member gets an email, yada yada, but I can't figure out a way to unify logins, any experiences or tips?
Domain renewal in advance
My domain expires on 06/11/2016, which is nearly 6 months from now. However, I want to renew in advance, say, right now. How do I do that ? Couldn't find an option. Thanks in advance, Sidhant

Hello When I try to add misc@rubenvermeulen.be as e-mail alias I get the error "e-mail ID is already registered by a user which does not belong to your organisation". I found some answers on the forum but none apply to me for as far as know. To my knowledge I have never created an account with misc@rubenvermeulen.be Could someone take a look? Thanks!

Okay please read carefully and read full. Let me start with how the problem began....... When I was creating a account on zoho with a free domain of www.graficocreations.co.in......My email address was bherwanisurj@gmail.com which was my mistake, It was supposed to be bherwanisur@gmail.com......then I again created an account with the email change without deleting the previous account. 2nd mistake - I claimed the domain by putting the token number to the default account associated with bherwanisurj@gmail.com
Custom logo dimensions
What are the dimensions for the custom logo in Zoho Mail? Here: https://www.zoho.com/mail/help/adminconsole/custom-url.html It says 40px (h) by 50px (w) - super small In the control panel it is 150px (w) by 40px (h) - blurry Searching the forums I found 188px (w) by 80px (h) - text becomes quite small. Seriously what are the proper dimensions and why am I finding so many different conflicting answers? Any help appreciated!
postmaster email address already exists when create group
hello, this is happen when i change my super administrator mail, and delete my old super administrator mail address. when i choose, group tab in control panel, it's list are empty under the new super administartor, but when i try to create postmaster group it just failed, and status pop up said email address already exists. any help please? thank you.

IMAP migration from Gmail not working
I am having trouble migrating emails from my gmail accounts into zoho. One account works perfectly and all folders and such work. The other gmail account simply says the migration is "complete" after just a moment of working, but there are no transferred emails. All settings in both accounts are identical. The only difference is that the successful account has far fewer emails. Is there a limit to what IMAP migration will download? For example, could the account that is not working have too many

I followed the steps to add the MX record to my godaddy email hosting system & I still cant receive any emails. Should I have changed nameservers in GoDaddy? I did not. I left them as they were.

Cannot add a domain because it says it's already associated with an account
I am helping someone with a domain that I cannot add to Zoho because it says it is associated with my account on Zoho. I must have accidentally added that domain to my account, but I cannot find it associated with mine. So, I need help removing that domain wherever it is, so that we can create its own account. When I am emailing from the application there are two email entries; one in the client header and one in the body of the client information. If I use the header email address, the email is not part of the record; and recently, the body email has not become part of the record. What am I doing wrong?

I have 2 email addresses that are currently hosted by hostgator. I would like to close down my hostgator account, but I don't know how to add the emails to zoho. Accidentally removed all blocked domains from Incoming Domain Restriction
For months I've been adding spammer's domains to my Control Panel/Email Policy/Domain/Blocked I clicked the "Allowed" button to add a whitelisted domain and ALL of my Blocked domains disappeared. MX Record and not getting emails.
Hello, i am new to zoho. yesterday, i added my domain name and verified it. did the necessary changes and added MX Records at my DNS host. These are the MX records i added: 1 mx.zoho.com 165.254.167.50 (no glue) 10 mx3.zoho.com 74.201.155.79 (no glue) 5 mx2.zoho.com 74.201.155.220 (no glue) and its more than 12 hours, so when i asked my domain name provided. Hi! When creating my account, i created an admin email (admin@mywebsite), to be accessed through typing my gmail as the id, and want to change that, I created an admin@mywebsite.com email, and then added another alias to it, so that i can change the login info of the admin to become admin@mywebsite rather than my gmail. When i try to delete the admin@mywebsite alias from that account, i get DHE101:Internal Error occurs How can I fix that? thanks
