Is there a way to use wildcards or regular expressions when adding domains to our Black LIst? If not, are there plans in the works for this feature? It would be an excellent addition.

Trying to add this user: larry@healthhaven.com Instead of creating the user, your system indicates that it is sending an invitation to the user. The user does NOT exist. Therefore we have no way of receiving the invitation. The user is part of the domain hosted with Zoho mail. There would appear to be no logical reason to send an invitation to a new user that is part of the hosted domain. Can someone please fix this so that we can create the user.

Adding a new user hangs without warning
When adding a new user in the Control Panel, it keeps showing the Loading message forever. But, the underling POST request to https://mail.zoho.com/cpanel/userDetailsAct.do is returning a 500 Internal Server Error and "Invalid input" as the HTML response.
CNAME and A Record
My IT guys moved our domain hosting to a new service and messed up my email. I was able to change the MX records on the new host to point to mx.zoho.com. Is there anything I need to do on the new host for a CNAME and A Record before my mail will be hosted by Zoho again or am I all set?

I just set up my new email account today and as I was filling out the forms, I put my name in the place that I should have put my business's name. How do I change this? It shows up now as if the email is from me. Having it come from business is the whole point of why I got this email address. please help! I have promotional emails to send out to my list. I am using Espace2001 to manage my domain. When I login to Zoho Mail I am asked to very my domain. My domain provider's contol panel only provides an interface for nameservers. Hello, yesterday I opened this Zoho mail account: Adam@myphotoadvice.com After setting my website's domain and all the records in my domain's advanced DNS records, including the mx records, I was able to send and receive emails for a short period of time. after a couple of hours I stopped receiving any emails, and I have no idea why. How Does Zoho Handle Abuse/Postmaster
In accordance with web standards, domains are supposed to have abuse@ and postmaster@ mailboxes. I noticed that when I tried to alias these in the Control Panel, it wouldn't let me. These mailboxes are required for clean DNS record scans. Are these records automatically handled by Zoho?

I have an alias set up for support@ that directs to my email address. I now want to set up a new support@ address, but I can't do that because the alias is set up already, and there is no option to remove it. Hello, I sent a message to customer support about the problem facing since two days but no reply received so far. CNAME Verification
I added the appropriate CNAME record and verified my domain several hours ago. I have confirmed that the CNAME record is working properly by browsing to zbxxxxxxxx.mydomain.com which correctly takes me to the “Welcome to Zoho Mail!” page.
