Email verification - where does it go?
I've been using zoho for several years now, and still to this day, I don't get the email verification process. I add a new user under my domain. I create an [pop3 account on my server at poweredbyeclipse.com. I enter all the credentials, do the test within zoho, and it all checks out. Do the "send invite" and nothing. What am I missing?? Drives me nuts!
manage free user/email/domain under premium ?
hi, i understand that free plan can add many users and they have certain GB storage etc. if i pay for a "premium" and therefore have "admin governance" etc. i can add domains and users etc correct ? so can i add/manage users/domains etc. for free under "premium" ? in other words my "premium" email is me@domain1.com and i have also verified and set up email hosting for the domain, can i add domain2.com and create harry@domain2.com mary@domain2.com and even tom@domain3.com and have them as "free"
Group Email Sharing - Share 1 Email Address with All Users in Group
I don't think this went through. Sorry if posted 2x. I followed the instructions in the link below but I am not seeing the screen in the same manner where I can set up group email sharing. I may have went to the wrong location. I am very new to Zoho. Split delivery mail issue
Trying to setup split delivery email routing and after several hours from being enabled it keeps getting disabled. I've raised several tickets for this but had no response. Please can this be looked into. When split delivery works (for a few hours) it is forwarding all messages including spam. Not a problem but the SPF rejects / spam / malware will be rejected by my mail server. I'm assuming the Zoho system is hitting a mail delivery failure limit (50 mails?) and then disabling the feature. This

Remove associate email account to the admin id
hi , I created a domain with a gmail account, so the gmail account was the super admin. I have created a few users and everything was fine. I accidently associated an email account to the super admin and now I cant delete or remove that. below is the screenshot. I logged in as gmail account and when I click to remove the secondary id , it says please contact the administrator who is the gmail account. please assist.

Impossible to add a new domain
Hello, I have a problem to add a new domain to my mail panel. I have added only 3 domains and while adding a new one, i got a message: "You have reached the free domain limit" Earlier i had 4 added domains, i deleted 1 domain and i got the message again. What is wrong? Please help me. RWK

I need to delete then readd my domain, as per Digital Ocean. I need the ZB number for the CNAME. Could you please open a ticket with Zoho and request your CNAME details, another possibility would be to remove your domain from Zoho and verify it again. This would enable you to see the required details.

Anyone got a guide or suggestions for using Zoho mail with mailroute.net spam filtering? The Zoho filtering is ok - but I'd rather not see it at all.

Email will send, but not come in
I can still send email, but messages no longer come in to individual or group accounts. I just created a new group. Testing that is when I noticed. Email was functioning normally a few days ago. Thank you.
Cant delete an old Mailbox Alias
Hello... in my account, i had an OLD domain that i now deleted it. I added the new domain, i only want one email, a personal one, no groups, no other users I created the user, user@newdomain.com BUT in control panel -> mail accounts -> there is my main account and there is a mailbox alias that has my OLD domain email...when i try to delete it, it says: The input passed is invalid how can this be fixed?

Custom Signature
When creating a custom signature the the tools are great and create a perfect signature that saves correctly and projects a preview of what I specifically designed (color, size, image, etc). However, whenever I create a new email, the actual signature generated before and after sending is simple, un-formatted text with no image. Why is what I saved not actually appearing in my email?

Could someone please explain to me the difference between DomainKeys and DKIM (DomainKeys Identified Mail)? I know what they are, but they sound like the same thing to me. Do you need only one on or both of them on? (We have DKIM on, and it's working well.) Can you even have both of them on? I have tried numerous times to apply the vacation reply. I click save and it confirms with a message to say it has saved. However, when I refresh the screen it disappears. I have tried in different browsers without luck. Any suggestions?

DNS Manager & SPF Configuration
Can somebody help me? Forbid users changing their name / profile
Hallo, I am a Super Administrator of an organization. Now I am searching for an option that I haven't found yet. I am the one who makes all the user accounts and the names and e-mail addresses that come along with them. I found out that the users can easily change their own name and even e-mail address. Group invitations not sent.
Hi, I have tried to invite people who do not have a Zoho account to a group I created, but they did not receive any invitation. When I removed the two addresses from the group and readded them they received an email about being unsubscribed. As a moderator I received a copy of these emails. I have not received a copy of the subscription invitation, though, so I think they may not have been sent out at all. How can I check that the invitation email / subscription notification was really sent out?
How to set custom url for email
Hello, I am quite new to zoho and it's very fascinating service. We are organization and want our employees to use email from our domain. I have already set custom url as mail.yourdomain.com using CNAME records as mentioned here however it is forwarding to zoho domain after logging in and similarly logout as well.
