Zoho Account Not Active-Support Team not responding to emails
Hi! My husband's Zohomail Account is saying that it is not active when he tries to sign in. He just created the account earlier this week. Is there a reason that it has been de-activated? Also, I tried to email the support team twice this afternoon

I have lost my archived folders
I don't see my archived folder and so most of my emails! When I look in the "Preferences" I can see that my email account had more than 1000 MBy but I can see only few emails, essentially those that were not archived! Can you help!?!

No way to log out of Zoho Mail
I've just opened a Zoho account. Using the mail service. I see the sample page on the log in page - the e-mail is on the top, to the left of the "settings/help" and other icons on the top right. I don't have that - I just have a red "Enable Mailhosting" link. Nor do I have a picture/icon on the very right of that row. I'm presuming one of those would allow me to log out, but I don't have them. Help?
