I went into settings on my Zoho app, but the only options under email are show thumbnails smart group read emails show attachments as thumbnails clear search history defualt swipe action There isn't a notification settings in the Zoho app on my phone. I get a TON of emails throughout the day as I subscribe to lists, and so I have been turning my phone on silent, but then I miss texts and calls. I just want to turn off the sound for Zoho email notifications. How do I do this?

Can't login via the Zoho Desktop Mail app!
I've been trying to login in the Desktop Mail app for Windows but it doesn't work at all. The password and username are good for sure because I've logged in via browser and they work fine. But via the app it says it's the wrong one. I tried before TFA and after TFA and it's the same result. Doesn't log in at all. Either it's a bug or some messed up settings somewhere. But since it's the native app this should work smoother than other mail clients. And what's strange is that on my mac mail client

Can I have several email addresses as a single user instead of having to have aliases?
I have several emails from one domain such as accounts@ , info@ etc, which I personally manage. I originally set this up in a Cpanel configuration pointing to Outlook email client. since moving to zoho I cannot find a way to set the email account up in the same way as before without having to set up multiple users. I have set up several aliases, but that is playing havoc with outlook. Can you advise of any other ways to achieve my objective please? thanks

Several months ago I set Zoho mail up correctly and was successfully receiving email sent from a form on my website. Now the form submissions are not being received. The only things I've changed are added two mailbox aliases to the default email account for this user, and upgraded the user so it has more powers similar to the super administrator. Archiving messages in Mac Mail App
Hi, I'm using the Mac Mail App with a Zoho account, with the IMAP settings. It all works, except that when I choose to archive an email, from the inbox, in the app it starts showing only in the Archive folder, but in the webmail or in a mobile device with ActiveSync, that email will still show in the inbox, as well as in the Archive folder. If you archive from a mobile app with ActiveSync, it all works. What can I do to change this behavior? Thank you.

Hi, We were trying to send emails from the contact form on our website, but it says "5.4.1 Mail rejected by destination domain" The issue appears that Zoho servers classified e-mails from contato@dataviva.info as spam and rejected they. The domain used in website is dataviva.info. I have sent email to Zoho support and asked in other post in forum about this issue but I did not get answers. Can you updated your spam filtering to accept those emails?
