filters
The filters function in ZOHO mail needs to be made easier. Gmail has the right idea, where you can select emails from a variety of senders and then have Gmail set up filters based on the selected senders (using OR, as in sender1 OR sender2 OR sender3 - etc. With the many people who send me email, there's no way I want to create filters for each of them. I need a way to batch-filter them. Please put this on the roadmap! Bal
Can I find out when an email was deleted?
I have recovered the emails that were deleted over the last month, but is there a way to tell when an email was deleted? I need to know if it was deleted back when it came in, or if it was deleted last week. Thanks for any help

Hello, I understand that it's not possible to monitor multiple accounts using one login. However, it seems that it's not possible to use a different tab in my browser and login with a different account as well! Do I miss something, or it's a missing functionality? new zoho mail design, huge font in email list. possible to revert?
The font for the email list got bigger today. It bothers me because I don't see enough information with such huge fonts. Most of the subjects are covered when an email is opened. The zoom is 100% in my browser, and I'm using the compact email list. Is this a bug maybe? Is it possible to set back the old design?

Blocked account
After using a VPN service (something I do regularly for work) I noticed by email account had been blocked due to "Suspicious login activity".
