Need to recover old SENT emails that dissapeared
Hello I needed some emails I send back in 2018 to present them in for a judge in a trial, and when I went to check all my sent emails I cannot get older than 2019 and I didnt' deleted them. Why is this? I need to get some specific emails I sent in 2018, from february until ending year.... Is there any wayt to recover these emails I sent? Also, why did these emails delete? I didn't delete them myself? I would really hope you can help me since it's extremely important
How to use different users for mailing.
Hey guys, I created a user (freddy@paintballmaskarena.com) with the same domain name (https://paintballmaskarena.com/). I want to send mails from these users, but I don't know how to access Zoho mail form this user. I am a bit confused, Am I supposed to login from the same initial email which I used to create Zohomail? or, Am I supposed to login using freddy@paintballmaskarena.com? Need help guys.

La cuestión es que me aparece un error se seguridad el cual se soluciona configurando mi cuenta de correo para que permita el acceso de aplicaciones "No Seguras". Otras cuentas de correo como gmail y outlook se puede hacer pero no encuentro esta opción en Zoho Mail. Como puedo solucionar esto?

TLS vs SSL
Hi there ! There is something I don't really understand regarding SMTP encryption. The documentation says that port 465 is for SSL, and port 587 for TLS. I have two questions : I am not an expert, but for what I know, everybody agrees that SSL should not be used anymore, only TLS is secure. Why offer the SSL option, then ? When I do some tests using openssl, it seems to me that : No encryption is available on port 587. And I get the error "SSL routines:ssl3_get_record:wrong version number" Port 465
Change from Cpanel to Cloudflare
While setting up the zoho mail, it was configured with Cpanel, while actually it was using Cloudflare. How can I change it to Cloudflare. Or should I delete the account and start fresh, it has no mails in it, it was created just a day before, if to delete, how to and how fast can I start another account for the same domain.

Hello, I recently migrated from O365 to Zoho mail recently and I have stupidly turned off the mail subscription for O365. I was unaware that thousands of emails did not migrate properly to Zoho Mail... 4 years worth in fact. I have those emails on my laptop in a OST file. Is there any way I can migrate that file to Zoho Mail to reclaim my emails?

"Cannot get mail" Zoho is currently unavailable
All of the email accounts I have get this error on iOS devices yet all accounts can login via a browser so I know that passwords are correct. Accounts were working fine on all devices until a week or so ago. I am using my own domain and using "imappro.zoho.com" for the incoming mail server. How can the mail be working (I know this because of logging in via a browser) but I can't use it with other mail programs?

Every email says "sending" and saves as draft, but also sends the email...?
So every email I send will show up as having gone out in the sent folder (and it has) but in the Compose section it still says the message is not sent. This means every email I write I have to click cancel, discard the draft and then check the sent folder. ?
