Mail Outgoing Blocked
I am unable to send emails using my email address info at winsomeflora.com and the message I get is Your account info {at} winsomeflora.com has been blocked due to security reasons. I logged into my Control Panel for the domain and see that 'Outgoing' is flagged as 'Off'. When I try to enable it, it says 'Operation permitted for paid users only' Can somebody please tell me what is the reason for this issue and how can my outgoing be unblocked? Thanks,

I'm trying to verify my domain and tried the txt method first but didn't work so I tried the CNAME method and it also says that it cant verify my domain although when I paste the link with my CNAME in browser the redirect to the Zoho page works perfectly. Hello, I created two email adresses 3 days ago linked to my domain name hosted by "I Want My Name.com". I am able to send emails from those two new adresses (contact@irene-eroticfanzine.com, submit@irene-eroticfanzine.com) BUT I can't receive any ones at all. Hi! I'm wondering if it is possible to have multiple email addresses all setup on one account. I want to have support@mycompany.com, sales@mycompany.com, and accessibility@mycompany.com all go to my account. Currently, support@mycompany.com is setup and working well on a single zoho enterprise account. Is setting up multiple emails like this possible using one account? I looked into setting up email alicies, but it doesn't seem to do what I am looking for. What is a good use case for email alicies?

Cut and Paste removes logo in email signature
I've been using an email signature for more than a year without issue. Today I changed the email signature to add another social link. Suddenly, if I cut and paste anything into the body of my email it will make the logo disappear. Thinking it had something to do with the new signature, I deleted it and put the old signature back in. Now the same thing is happening with the old signature. If I type in the body of the email, the logo stays where it is. It's only if I cut and paste some text above

Hi, I've set up a business email for myself a couple of days ago (and some other in my company) and it was working fine to begin with. Hacker is Sending Messages from My Account
In my Sent folder, there are many spam messages sent out. But I didn't create them nor send them. It's unlikely that somebody signed into my account to do this because it would be extremely time-consuming to send these many spam messages manually. Can't send from email aliases configured in Airmail
I use the Airmail application for Macintosh as my email client. I've added some aliases (already configured in my Zoho control panel) but am unable to send email from those aliases via Airmail. The SMTP settings in Airmail appear to be correct, and my main email address is able to send properly. It's only the aliases that don't work. I've also verified that I can successfully send from the aliases when doing so through the Zoho webmail site.

When I try to send an email to my zoho account from another address, it bounces back and says that it's undeliverable: nonexistent domain. However, my domain clearly does exist and I can send emails from my zoho account to other email addresses. What is going on? How do I fix it?
