Can Zoho email be set to automatically cc myself?
Can Zoho email be set to automatically cc or bcc myself? I haven't yet found that option in settings and am hoping I just missed it. thanks
Cant receive email when i changed the domain to new registrar
Dear Zoho Team, I was using godaddy for my website to host domain, and i configured zoho one year back was perfectly working fine. I had recently changed the hosting to Fast comet and transfered the domain to same. configured all the setting to the new fast comet dns I had added mx records, spf and dkim for email delivery, still it is not getting delivered. can u please help me out?

Anyone can help me to find out why my email are marked as spam by hotmail? I understand this is not new issue, as some client complained about it. At mail-tester i get 10/10 score. Can it be due to im using v=DMARC1; p=none; ? and not Quarantine/Reject ?

Hi, we have encountered problems with mail synchronization on our email clients: both on Mail (Mac) and on Thunderbird we cannot download mail from one of our email address. Hi, I have been starting to look at Zoho as an alternative to O365 or Gsuite for my clients and have setup a couple of free addresses using the zohomail.com.au addresses. Catchall Active - want to block some emails
Hi, I have catchall active on my account, however I want to block some of the emails, for example I want to block marketing@mydomain.com and dont want it to catch to my main email. I setup a filter for it to go straight to trash, but I still get a notification that an email arrived. Is there any way to do this right in the control panel? Emails not being received
Our company is recently being told by some of our clients that they are not receiving our emails - this is new. We have IMAP setup and are bcc-ing other cloud-based applications (like gmail) that ARE receiving our emails but the end clients don't seem to be. Is there any setting that anyone has used that could help with this? I've been reading about SPF but not sure I should do that or not at our root domain. Thanks in advance!

Inbox- sender name
So I logged in this morning, to see that instead of sender name alongside emails in initial inbox view, there is now a 2 initial picture. So on loading inbox my emails now read CC, T&, MA. This is somewhat useless in terms of working out who the message is actually from, one must now open the message or hover over/ tap the picture.... This is happening on laptop & tablet, but not mobile phone. What do other users think of this design change? Is there a way to turn it off? If not, I will be closing

HI, We are considering aggregating multiple calendar into one, and Zoho Calendar seems to be the central point. Would it be the best solution to get all our calendar into Zoho into 1 interface. So, how can we: - display Office 365 calendar in Zoho Calendar - display my tasks from Zoho Projects in Zoho Calendar - display my tasks, calls, events from CRM in Zoho Calendar ? Hi! Hello! I am starting to use spreadsheets, email and other Zoho services. I don't understand why I need to log in using an email account from other services if I already have one from Zoho itself. For example, I am logging in with Gmail email to use spreadsheets and logging in with Yahoo email to use Zoho email. I also had difficulty with authentication because I had to use my wife's phone number because mine were already associated with other accounts. Why not link everything in one Zoho account?
DKIM Validation/ Namecheap
Did anyone ever resolve this issue? I've spoken to Namecheap and they said just to enter admin._domainkey etc (no email address after) but it still won't verify! It's so frustrating as I moved this email to ZOHO from Namecheap as I thought their service was bad. Now it's even worse as my business isn't receiving its emails! Hi, I've only just set up Zoho for my system. So I went to send an email to my 600 members of my forum to inform them of the situation that we've now got a proper email provider. As is typical with any forum, quite a few members have used temporary inboxes or were just spammers, but in both cases, their email addresses would bounce. How do I delegate email from another service?
My friend is hosting my site and gave my access to the admin panel so I can manage the site myself. Unfortunately he is not available to help right now so I need to do this myself. I'm trying to point the email to zoho. I've have completed every task but the email delegation. In the admin panel they say I must select the service to which I want to point the email to but the drop down menu shows only "google, yandex, mail and local". I guess I must add zoho to that list but I can't figure out how.
Really feel stupid..but need help to get six month old emails back
Okay, I'm the idiot who didn't know trash only held an email for so long....I thought my trash emails were trhere forever, like my sent. Is there anyway to retrieve emails from trash from six months ago...OR to get the original email sent back to me WITH the attachment i need in an email chain.... i can see the email in the chain, but the attachment isnt there.
