Hi all, I had an @zoho.com free email addresses and signed up for the Workplace Professional Trial. I also purchase, via zoho, a domain so I can trial out the emails. I don't want any alias email addresses for either my own domain nor the @zoho.com domain. Hi, One of my account recently showed as having all three IMAP, POP and Outgoing access blocked with no apparent reason. Is there anyone that I can refer to that can check what could be the issue? The account still have storage quota available and to my knowledge has not infringe any of Zoho's policy. Appreciate if someone could help.

Mail forward to MMS gateway not getting through
I'm trying to forward email through an email-to-MMS gateway and the verification message isn't getting through. What's happening is that a mosaic pattern graphic is getting through while the email text is stripped out. Can the verification code messages be sent as just plain text instead of HTML-formatted messages? When the email address is finally added, the confirmation notification message is sent as plain text. Why not the verification message also?

Cant download new messagens POP
Hi Approximately 4 days I'm has a problem to download messages via Thunderbird. Thunderbird show the message: verifying new messages, but never download the messagens. I tried to disable pop access and enable again. When I did this change the Thunderbird download all messages in the database (approximately 8000 messages). Now I have only three messagens in zoho mail webmail, but I cant download them. How can I solve the problem? Thank you

HI You probably already know, but the Outbox isn't configured correctly. There is no option to send if there is a delay on the send out. The message just sits in Outbox forever.

As of today I am stuck in the contact tabs when opening Zoho Mail in my Web Browsers (Firefox, Edge). When opening it I am immediately redirected to the contacts list. I can order it and delete items, but I cannot view/open any files and mails which are all on the leftern side bar. I canopen menu settings & options to the right.

Issue setting up email, and mobile number
Hello. I'm attempting to create a free lite account and connect a zoho email to my existing domain name. I seem to have been able to set up the account partially, I even received a verification code to my mobile number. But whenever I try to log in to access my account it keeps asking me to link my mobile number. Whenever I enter my number it says the phone number is already registered. It seems like I'm stuck in a loop? Yes the mobile number is registered because I registered it for my account.

Emails not showing up
Some of my emails show up in spam despite always showing up in my inbox before from the same senders. But I also have emails that are not showing up anywhere. In two days I have not had a single email show up in my inbox why would that be? I haven't changed anything at all.

Hi we found the zoho mail desktop (chrome) can disply attachment icon, but there is no attachement in the mail. Only 28/6 and 29/6 affected. It was fine on 27/6 and on 30/6. however, zoho app (android) can see the attachement. Could you fix those two days email attachment? Thanks. Charles
