Hi, Some days ago my Email box is returning errors to send my emails. After I have configured DKIN and SPF. (I don't know if this the cause) For some mail boxes I got: contato@casamentosonthebeach.com.br DOMAIN_NOT_RESOLVED, ERROR_CODE :DOMAIN_NOT_RESOLVED Note that is just a sample, I got this error for other emails. Sometimes after I send an email, it is marked as Draft, keeping the delivered icon. Some clients are not receiving my emails. Can you help me ? Best

I am not receiving forgot password reset instruction on my secondary email address. I have already registered with my secondary gmail address in zoho account. But when I try to set password reset through forgot password option. I dont receving any reset instrcution email on my secondary gmail id. Instead I am getting reset instruciont on my primary zoho email which i see can through my mobile zoho app.

Hi, I have created sales@rapid3d.co.in mail in zoho and it was working fine until now i got this below error. Mail bounces when people try to send mail to sales@rapid3d.co.in, but when i sent a mail to the same using naresh@rapid3d.co.in i received the mail. And when i send a mail from sales@rapid3d.co.in mail is received at the other end. Apple Mail suddenly not working with Zoho IMAP
As of yesterday, I've been unable to access either the incoming our outgoing IMAP servers on Zoho via Mail on both iOS and macOS. I get an authentication error, though I have no trouble when I use the same password to check mail via Zoho's web interface. Clearing the quarantine folder
I have set various controls (via the control panel) such that certain emails are sent to quarantine. The number of messages is quite large and deleting them, 50 at a time, could take quite a while. POP email accounts disabled
i have a number of POP accounts which pull in emails from our web server. last week these were disabled by ZOHO following a problem with the server. despite numerous requests for the accounts to be re-instated, I have had nothing back from Zoho. I can access the emails via the server webmail, but not files and Ali am becoming extremely frustrated. the lack of communication is particularly annoying. please will someone from the mail team get in touch and inform me why the accounts cannot be reinserted.

Not receiving mail from certain domain
There seems to be an issue when sending mail from engelskaherr.se (mail servers handled by loopia.se) to baltzar.com (our domain handled by zoho). Nothing arrives from the sender domain. Sending to other domains works. Also receiving from other domains works for both of the domains. I've checked the MX records and they seem to be in order.

Two Questions: How can I turn off the Admin Password Policy - When I logged on it said password had expired but I have not set up any policy's I cannot see where to remove this? i asked a freelancer to create an info@ email address and he went ahead created two info@ and admin@ admin @ is the primary admin and i would like to delete it but it says i have no authority to delete and can only be deleted by super admin. can someone help delete this email address or can i create a completely new Zoho account because i view this quite suspiciously plus i don't want a second email address as it add on a layer of confusion for me that i don't need. please help with this.
