Hello, I have added nathan1997@gmail.uk.co as a user. I want to create a custom email for him as nathan@melissas-munchies.com. It tells me it already exists. Can you help me clear that up?

Emails from inbox have disappeared
My emails from the inbox disappeared out of no where. There were about 1L emails that have just disappeared out of nowhere. The emails were present at 23:01 IST and I was checking them and moved some of the emails in trash(check screenshot 1 for proof). Attached two screenshots as proof(screenshot 2 and 3) that emails weren't deleted from 'Trash' since 16:00 IST Requesting you to look into this as soon as possible, if I need me to pay for a higher support I'll be more than willing to. MX setting not working for me

Mail Migration from Zoho to Office 365 NOT completed
By migrating mails from Zoho to Office 365, it only migrate a small portion - around 40MB (out of 2.5GB) in the mailboxes. Only few folders are with mail and other folders are empty. Questions follows; 1) Is a free account user cannot migrate mails out from ZOHO? MUST be Paid user? 2) or there are firewall limiting the outward migration. Thanks Eric

How do you get shared contacts to work?
Hi, I hope I'm not being stupid, but I'm in the process of setting up a bunch of users that I want to be able to share a number of contacts with. I logged in as the super admin for my account and uploaded a CSV file with names and emails to my contacts area. In the "Shared contacts" item on the left panel all I can do is add a group. Delay in email delivery
I have a project hosted on digital ocean cloud server and I am using zoho mail server to send the email. But the email get delivered exactly after 7 minutes. Also emails to the email IDs ending with ac.in are not being sent at all.

No longer able to delete mails via IMAP
Hi, the mail client I am using is no longer able to delete mails via IMAP resulting in all my mails being fetched over and over again. This has been working for years without problems but suddenly stopped working today. After having investigated it turns out that my client issues a STORE FLAGS command to replace all FLAGS with "\Deleted \Seen" before doing an EXPUNGE as any normal IMAP client would.
