Hello, I have various emails in my inbox that need answering, when I go to do it the blank space you type on is not "live" and I cannot write my email. Nor can I copy and paste anything, of course not. I guess the only way would be sending them as an attachment which is too laborious and far fetched, can you please help? Many thanks

I think this might be dues to the fact that the emails are being flagged in zoho as spam. I am then unflagging them as spam and they are then being flagged as notifications and then i need to move them to the inbox How to i add my IP or email adrress as nott to be flagged as spam? Hi, I received an email said that my zoho email account and personal OS device has been hacked. The strangest thing is this email that I received was from my zoho email account. This is odd! They are asking for money to fix this otherwise they will share my personal contents to all contacts in my phone book. Does anyone get this email? I hope this is a scam! Takes a long time to receive emails

Mails sent from php mail() not being recieved
Hi There My email liam@splatwebsolutions.co.uk will not receive any emails that are sent by the php mail() function. This is not specific to a server so please don't ask me for logs. Whenever I do a password reset on any site that uses the php mail() function even a class such as PHPMailer, the email is not received in either my main inbox or my spam mailbox. Do Zoho actively block these emails. I have only realised today after about 1 month, and this could be a major problem for me. Thanks
