BEFORE I RECEIVED NORMAL MESSAGES, ALMOST A FULL YEAR WITHOUT HAVING PROBLEMS, BUT NOW THAT SEND ME MESSAGES THROUGH GMAIL OR OUTLOOK, DO NOT ARRIVE ME, COULD YOU HELP ME ?, I ASSURE THAT NOTHING HAS BEEN MODIFIED.

Hi helpdesk, I'm the IT guy of our company. We've our business mail stored at zoho and we're having issues sending mails to some persons. Those emails that couldn't be delivered belongs to the same domain "aena.es" which is an important airport of Spain. We receive and automatic message which says: *********************************** <name-of-person>@aena.es, ERROR_CODE :550, ERROR_CODE :Denied by policy **************************** No attachments, mails to only one person (not a distribution list).
Gmail couldn't identify POP server
One of my email using Zoho Workplace has reached its 5GB limit, so I'm trying to export all the emails to gmail to free up space. However, Gmail is saying it couldn't identify Zoho's POP server. Can anyone help me in this?

I can't log in to my account.
This account is fine but I can't access my other Zoho account. Here's an account detail that having a problem. https://cl.ly/320cfee8feb7 I am the admin of the account and using zoho mail as primary email. So basically, there's no way to log in to my account. I'm not able to send emails to an @address that I have always been able to (as one of my business contacts) and am given the above error code. There have been no problems in the past, and I'm simply to replying business emails sent from the exact @address that sent me the message originally. I checked the Blacklist as well to no avail as they aren't listed. Now i effectively can't communicate with this business or anyone with an @address from them. Any suggestions?
Receiving Null error while sending an e-mail in Zoho
Hi , I'm trying to send an e-mail from Zoho with my G-mail address. Everything in the parameters is correct; my g-mail is added and the e-mails I send from G-mail are linked to the client in Zoho. But when I'm trying to send an e-mail from Zoho itself; I get the "Null" error. My pasword for G-mail has been changed; I think that's the problem but I don't see where to update it ! Very Slow Getting Emails
I seen this posted over a year ago, I'm posting to see if anything changed If I send an email to my employees in the field, there phones will beep saying they have an email but sometimes it takes 15-20 minutes to shw up. The same thing happens to me at the office if they send me an email. I love your program but we cant wait that long to get messages.

can't check email from outlook
Dear support, Could you please check my client email "oriental4@orientalvoyages.com status?" Here is her situation. First, this mailbox is used over the size (up to 110%). Then, I let her delete unused mail until its size down to 80%. In control panel, Mail Administration -> Mail accounts -> oriental4 -> Mailbox action, it changed to green color after ever be red color during the oversize of mailbox. Not receiving some emails from a particular email address
I am not receiving emails from a particular email account. The problem is that I receive some of the mails sent from that account (roughly every third email) but other mails never reach my inbox (or junk folder or any other folder for that matter). Mailbox size
I have deleted ALL large mails from all the folders (Inbox, Sent) and I just have about 300 mails in my Inbox; however, under the folder section when I check, it shows the occupied space as 4GB, which is absolutely incomprehensible, as none of the 300 mails exceed 1 MB barely. I have cleared ALL the other folders such as Spam, Trash. How is this possible?

ACCOUNT NEEDS TO BE REACTIVATED
The account ngan@emet-i.com was deactivated because it went over the 5GB limit. The user has now reduced their mailbox down to 2GB but the account is still inactive. As the administrator, I can't see a way to re-activate that account. Do I need to write to you to request this? That seems like a waste of everyone's time. Anyway, please do it for us.
Delete old emails
Is there a way to automatically delete emails older than a specific date? Paging through them 50 at a time isn't practical as there are about 20,000 emails to delete. Thank you

Need Help Recovering Deleted Emails

IMAP Is very Slow

Some e-mails to my new address are Bouncing back
E-mails to me are bouncing, but not all of them. Is this just because we've only set up our account today and it takes some time for the server to recognise everything? We have two user accounts and both are receiving some emails and some are bouncing. We've just signed up and paid, so I don't want this to be a continuing issue.

Is there some way to set up one click printing. Currently in zoho email I click on: 1) the print icon 2) the word Print in the preview 3) the PRINT button where I can select the printer and settings Then to close everything I click on: 1) close window 2) [x] to close the email priview That is five (5) clicks every time I want to print an email.
