Problems in POP access from Gmail
Hi! Since June 27th my POP access from Gmail is not working. At first, it showed this message: Error reading mail. Server returned error "Bad msg size: 5886 -1" And today, June 28th, it reads like this: Error de autenticación. El servidor ha devuelto el error "Service Unavailable" I had been using the POP access from Gmail from years now and it stopped working from no apparent reason. Paid Plans for selective number of users
Currently for choosing the paid plans we need to apply for all the users of domain. However in any organization rights may not be required to be same for all email users. Hence zoho shall allow availing the paid plans for any number of accounts of domain as the administrator need.
Changing MX records without adding users/groups
What happens if we first change teh MX records and then start adding the user emails and/or create group emails to the new business email account?

Hello, Im using zoho mail but really dont like revamp of the Zoho Mail 2018. It really makes me confused. Somehow, you need to improve it better - like 2017. Since changing to zoho mail 2018, our emails sometimes going to straight spam folder of clients. Dont know why? Please advice

By default the user who signs up first and sets up the domain becomes the Super Administrator. The Super Admin role has all the privileges across all the users in the organization. Super Administrator can manage users/groups, change roles, moderate emails and so on. domain : egmails.com

Emails forwarded to me are delivered in Trash
Hello, For some reason, emails that I have set to forward from my GMail account' rules to my Zoho address are delivered directly to my Zoho Trash folder. These emails are automated results from a Google Form that notifies me of new additions to my form. If I manually forward an email from GMail to Zoho, it's delivered correctly. Can you help?

Hi, I'm also using my domain to send newsletter and the company that provides me SMTP service requires me to add spf records to my domain's DNS. So now I need to add Zoho's spf records and this other one. My question is, can I add two SPF records to my domain? If not can I somehow merge the two? How can I get this work? Thanks

Not receiving emails from Gmail accounts
I have set up my new zoho mail but it seems like I can get emails from several providers, but Gmail. I can send emails without problems to different providers, included gmail. Is this something you are aware of? Anything I have to do on my end. Thank you very much for your help. David
5.5.1 Authentication Required - Outlook is receiving email but I'm unable to send email
I just tried sending out an email to my business contacts notifying them of my new email address and received the following: Error: 5.5.1 Authentication Required. Details: Cannot send mail. Message status (replied, forwarded etc.) not displaying in apple mail and on iphone
When I reply to an email, it would usually get marked with a little "arrow icon" that tells me that I sent a reply. About two weeks ago, this stoped working on my computer as well as on my iphone. I keep receiving this error. I was informed that I was out of storage space in my account so I purchased two 5GB packages of space and that did not solve the problem (that feels like a rip off).
