recovering deleted emails
Hello, In my inbox, communications from "no-reply@nsdl.co.in" have landed in the spam folder and got deleted automatically after 30 days. The emails contained important communication. By the time I identified the issues - the emails belonging to months December 2017 - April 2018 was already deleted. Can't receive the Zoho notification emails daily
Hi support, This happens with my account for recent 2 months that I can't receive email notification from Zoho (new ticket assigned, mentioned notification, updated comments, etc). compose and send email
With this new, enlightened zoho format, I don't seem to be able to find an icon, or button or whatever, that simply says "Write" or "Compose". How do I go about composing and sending an email (not a reply). I have tried selecting all the icons I could find (or see) on the new site, but have not so far been able to find anything that enables this basic function. Any help appreciated.

Emails missing from Inbox, Sent Items and Drafts folder
Hello, The past few days i noticed that emails in my drafts folder have disappeared save only for 2. I thought that was weird, until i checked my sent folder, all messages before aug 12 no longer exist. New emails stopped populating when using POP server
I have an account that just stopped populating my emails on different devices that were configured using the poppro.zoho.com server, yet I can see new emails when logged into web browser. Tried setting up new accounts on other devices and it will populate older emails but nothing newer than 5/16. Also tried the pop.zoho.com server. Same issue. Checked settings and couldn't find anything changed. Looking for ideas.

New User Interface is horrible!
This new user interface is the worst I have ever seen. Who are the complete morons that approved this? I am beginning to look for another mail provider now. This is flat out awful. Give us an option to have a nice clean simple interface. Not this nasty looking crap.

Error in Setting up email in Windows live
Hi Support, The customer is having issues setting this up on his laptop. He is using Windows Live. He said he can see the emails that have come through to info@npssecurityservices.com.au but he keep receiving a popup that asks him to enter his email address and password. Email Address Pane Too Small
Hello Thanks so much for making the left menu collapsible and allowing the window to be expanded. It makes a big difference. However, the new addresses box is really, really bad. Can you make it the way it was before? Or expand it to FULL size? If you have 20 aliases then the email addresses are impossible to see as you hunt through them to find new emails. It's REALLY hard to see when new mail comes in. Thanks!

Hi, I am trying to use the email API and having some difficulty. The preferred authentication seems to be OAuth2 but this would appear to need a server component and I would rather everything work client-side. So first question is whether Zoho support OAuth2 in client-only mode (and without embedding the client secret in the browser!). I changed DNS hosts, and it has been multiple hours but I still can't receive emails. I tested with my Gmail every 30 minutes or so to see if it'll start working, but after about 8 hours nothing.
