Tengo un problema con una cuenta esta en el 87% de su almacenamiento y no he podido liberar espacio. Ingresé a la cuenta y borré casi todos los mensajes y el cuenta de correo sale que tengo 300MG, pero el espacio ocupado por otras plataformas o dispositivos es de más de 4000MG. La pregunta es ¿De donde borro este espacio que no se donde se encuentra? O ¿Cómo configuro la el correo para que esto no vuelva a pasar?

I'd like to know if deleting the old domain (free plan with POP and IMAP), and adding a new one will make me keep those options or I'll be using the Lite(?) plan (no POP and IMAP support)? Thanks in advance
New zoho mail - reading pane is always fight to the all mail overview pane
in new zoho mail, the single mail reading pane is placed right to the all mail (e.g. inbox) overview pane. Can this be changed via an existing setting, that reading pane is below the overview pane? Thanks!
not receiving incoming mail
Hello, We are not receiving all incoming emails, some of them are being received while others not, I tried sending an email from a gmail account and it was not received. We were expecting many important emails today, and it appears that we are not receiving any of them due to technical issues. I have double checked the mx records and they are all correct.

Hello, I already use Zoho for other emails. I've been creating an email account where I have a domain already created. I am attempting to signup a Zoho email for a domain I own. It is giving me an error message that someone else already is associated with this account. Hi All, I really don't like this new version of zoho email, it looks messy and things are not right in place. I don't know what you feel but its my personal impression. How do I search for flagged email in my SPAM with display ONLY those emails?
The new design still lets me select for flagged email in my SPAM folder, but it just shows it to me in the full list of ALL the SPAM rather than a search window of ONLY the flagged emails. How do I see just the flagged email rather than have to scroll the entire contents of the SPAM folder to find which ones have been checked? Why do they make such stupid changes when their SPAM filters are so poor?

Disable Streams Now
Provide a disable option to disable streams. I do not want it. My zoho mail account does not have this crap. I just made an account for my mother, and this stupid stream shit pops up.
Archiving large files
I imagine most companies will have the problem of user accounts becoming too large. Archiving emails I don't think increases the available space, it just puts them in a separate subfolder. So is it possible for Zoho to help us in reducing inbox size? Ideally it would be removing emails with large attachments. But I notice if you go to the Attachments area there is no way to filter by date or by size. And the Advanced Search feature also doesn't allow you to search by file size. So it seems impossible
