Seeing that I have already answeredan email
I don't see the feature of letting me know at a glance that I have already answered an email. I depended on the greed back arrow to let me know that I had already replied to a certain email. Am I not seeing this feature or do you have this??
My account keeps sending a specific sender into spam folder even after marking it not spam
As my title says, One of my client's email (Ben) keeps ending up in spam folder. I have been marking it not spam, moving it back to inbox. It would send all his mail into spam the next day. It's been like this for over a month now.

New Interface
Hello, Like a few other people, I'm not a fan of the new mail interface. I thought it might help to share a few concerns. And perhaps others can chime in with some ideas, too. My main issues are: 1. The far left menu (mail, calendar, tasks) takes up a lot of space. This space could be used to make the folders section much wider. The folders section is too small and narrow. 2. The drop down menu with email addresses at the bottom is HORRIBLE. For people with multiple accounts it's hard to scroll down

feedback on both old and new look
1. I would like my opened emails/contacts to remain on the side where they were instead of in tabs on top. Zoho's positive locked down approach to ignoring us
If you stroll through prior posts by their staff, regardess of what you want, regardless of what you hope to do, regardless of how unhappy you are with something they have done, their staff will assure you that they are "positive" you will end up falling madly in love with their choices. Hence, my gradual moving over to the other, just as insincere choice, gmail. Sad, was nice to have had an actual choice in the past, whihc we have clearly lost.

How To Make The New UI Slightly More Ergonomic
First off: the new UI SUCKS and Zoho's response to crisis is DENIAL. Having spent half a day despairing how Zoho has failed me with the roll-out of the new UI I managed to make the UI look a little bit like the old UI and thought I would share my simple tweaks here: Settings --> System: change font from the default Lato font (which is only bearable at 250% zoom!) to PT Sans or Arial Change the colour scheme to Obsidian Black Toggle the view icon on the right hand side and select Super Compact

Atachment Viewer Not showing details once open.
I'm having issue with my attachment viwer opening attachements but only showing a blank white page, doesn't seem to matter what type of fikle format does it for everything. If I download the attachemnts they show up fine. Can't seem to find any settings that would fix the problem. Any advise?
can't sign in - huge flaw in ZOHO mail
PLEASE can someone help me. I have been searching for over an hour but cannot find a solution to this. I have created a number of sub-accounts for my business. When I try to log in for THE FIRST TIME, it says the password is wrong. When I try to reset the password, it sends the reset link to the very email address which I do not have access to, i.e. the email address which I was trying to log in with. This is a huge flaw in zoho mail. Where is the link to login and create a username for each account?

This sounds as though it is possible to have my domain website hosted on one server, where all my design work has been done; and have my same domain emails serviced through zoho? The only reason that I'm looking to do this, is that my host is having emails rejected by Outlook (due to some dispute of spamming by an IP). They have suggested using ZOHO, but I want my customers to see my existing email address, as used in Outlook - 'enquiries@mydomain.uk' &'admin@mydomain.uk'. So everything will appear
Can't sign out of my mail account
Hi, I know how to sign ou of my account, so please spare me the explanations. Since two days it's impossible to sign out of my mail account using the webmail interface. I have multiple imap accounts and when I sign out using using my profile picture in tne upper right corner and selecting Sign out, I'm actually redirected towards the signed out screen, but my profile picture is still in the upper corner and still signed in. I usually have a Login again link. Now theres is no way for me to log out

Add a contact to a 'View'
Hi there, I am looking to add a contact to the Realtors section of My email Contacts. I tried dragging it on to the Word realtors but it does not work full stop Can anyone help? I tried right clicking on the contact for that doesn't work either. Thanks for any help you can offer. Phil
Incomplete registration
Hi, I tried to register mosawer.net but did not get the SMS verification text message. Now when I try to register again i get "The domain is already registered" and for login "username doesn't exist": Is it possible to either activate the account or release the domain so i can re-register it?
Will old free accounts keep POP/IMAP access ?
When I signed up for a free Zoho mail account, POP/IMAP access was included. It seems that new free accounts don't have that benefit. Could you confirm that my account still has that benefit ? Will it keep it ? I understand one has to switch to the old interface to access POP/IMAP settings. Is that right ?

Running Zoho Mail Desktop Lite
Can someone please confirm something when running the new Desktop Lite app on a Windows 10 desktop in a domain environment? It seems like you can only run the app as an Administrator?! Is this expected behaviour? If so it means its unuseable on our network. Thanks, James
