Hello, I'm trying to make a zoho mail account for my oragnization, but every time I type my domain name, I get an error message that says "This domain is already associated with this account "i*****o@a*****"." I recently purchased the domain through squarespace and never made a zoho account. Please help.
TLS Handshake causing login problems?
Good morning, I am the admin for my library's email accounts. I was able to login this morning with no problem but none of the other users in my organization were. In the lower left hand corner it says performing a TLS handshake with zoho.com and then it times out. It gives me the same message when I try to log out of my account or when I try to go to the Help link. What do I need to do to fix this? Thanks! Chris Hamburg

Outgoing Disabled

How do I move emails to folders to get organized?
I am trying to organize my emails that I want to save, but I don't know how to move them to folders. I am still getting used to Zoho and I love this email service! Issues with sending/receiving mails
Hi We created arzooo.com domain ids on zoho. We have set up DKIM, SPF etc all relevant settings. But whenever anyone sending a mail on any of the domain ids, it shows this mail id is not found. Mails are bouncing. Also, our mails are not going to any external ids. Pls help us resolve this ASAP.

Hello! Apple Mail on Macbook Air says "Unable to verify account or password" despite having exactly the same settings as my iMac. Spoke to Apple Support that refers to Zoho. Both have latest update of High Sierra. Using imappro.zoho.com (993) for incoming and smtp.zoho.com (465 or 587, tried both) for outgoing. SSL for both. Any solution?

Please fix the font size or aesthetics for Zoho calendar!
I have a personal Zoho email account, but it seems that the font size in the Zoho calendar on the web is too small and not the same as the rest of the email account. I've looked in settings, but I didn't find a font option that specifically effects the calendar. The calendar events look awful and are a bit hard for me to see (especially with night mode on)! Hello, When I send emails where I delegate tasks to someone else I usually flag those emails as "waiting for" so as not to forget to remind that person about the task later. I use a blue flag for that. Now currently I send an email and then access the Sent folder, find the message (usually it's on the top, because it was just sent) and flag it. However, this is a bit tedious. It would be great to have the ability to flag a message on the editing stage, similar to how the "Remind me" option
