I have set everything up and have the MX records pointing only to Zoho. I am NOT reciving any error message when I send an email to the ZOHO email address but I am not able to receive the mails. Please look into this and tell me what I need to change. Thank You

Hi, I don't use a mobile phone, by choice. How do I register for zoho mail service? I don't see another way to authenticate my account. All other online services I use offer an alternate way, such as an authenticator code or other. Please advise. Thank you. AB
Unable to send emails from Hosting Server using zoho SMTP
I am hosing my domain email hosting with Zoho and web hosting with Byethost. 1. MX entry updated in Byethost earlier and normal emailing is working fine. 2. Sending email script, using Zoho smtp with zoho credentials from my development server is working. 3. With the same script uploaded, it was working with Byethost server as well, as soon as I deployed it yesterday. But suddenly from today my script is unable to send emails from Byethost using zoho SMTP, whereas with the same script I can send

Hi, I am trying to add users (info@domainname, support@domainname, name@domainname etc.) to my email account, and I want to be able to access all mailboxes through one log in. That way I can direct email to different mailboxes, but still access them all at once. I hope that makes sense, and is even possible. I have tried googling several things and am not getting anywhere. Hi, I have tried looking online but am getting very much confused - Hope someone can shed some light. I want to create different email address's on the same domain (info@domain, support@domain, name@domain etc.). I also want to be able to access all different mailboxes through one log in. That way I can log in and already have incoming email sorted but be able to access all with ease. Could someone tell me if this is possible, and if it is: how do i go about doing this? Firefox now opens mail in "Unread Messages" folder
With an upgrade to Firefox 57.0.3 on Windows 7, my Zoho mail opens in the "Unread Messages" folder...which includes all unread messages in every folder. It used to open in the Inbox. I find no settings to change this. This is extremely annoying. How do I fix this?

Zoho advanced mail search is broken and regular searching is super frustrating.
My mailbox is almost full so I am getting warnings that my inbox will be shut down "Soon" unless I fix it. I like those totally non-descriptive words like, 'soon'. What is it Zoho? When will my email be blocked? When it is over a certain size limit (it's already over)? Maybe a time limit? Maybe an account manager has to approve the block? Who knows? Who cares? I was away from my computer over the weekend receiving lots of these emails making me worry. I found out (again) just how sub-par the iOS
Fetching error from Office 365
Hi, Seasons Greetings While I am able to enable POP for all mails that arrive from now on in Gmail but similar option is missing in Office 365. This is leading to mails of last 3 years flowing into Zoho In Box when I enable POP access for my office 365 mails. How can I fix this ? Thanks in advance. Best-Anand

I'm unable to send email from Zoho CRM: - We have Google Apps, and they're tied together such that I have single sign-on, the zoho link from within google, etc. - When I click "send email" from within a contact, opportunity, etc, nothing happens I'm using Google Chrome. Any ideas? Thanks, Mike

SPF and DKIM - godaddy with external nameservers
My domain is registered with GoDaddy, website is hosted on WordPress, and using Zoho for email. I am having trouble with configuring SPF and DKIM. I get the following screens when accessing the Zoho control panel. Any help is much appreciated.

I received a notice saying: The email forwarding configured in the Zoho Mail account michael@804michael.com to the email address 804michael@gmail.com, Michael.Hottman@gmail.com has been disabled due to repeated failures. You may check with the destination email provider for bounce failures. But I did not receive any forwarding failures. Now my outgoing mail is blocked and I cannot reenable it. I have sent messages to support with no response yet so I figured I'd try here.

When I tried to verify my own domain " strc.kr ", the following message came up and domain verification procedure not finished.... "This Operation has been restricted. Please contact support-as@zohocorp.com for further details" . I register the right DNS setting as the direction depicted in Zoho site and the domain name is brand-new one..... What's the problem?
Old ... (OLD!!!) deleted messages reappearing in Inbox
Hi, I recently had to re-enable auto-fetch on two of my (3) email accounts ... I worked that out ok, I think. Since that time, in one of the accounts, I have had _several_ _thousand_ _deleted_ emails (from 2014/2015/etc) turn up in that account's inbox - several times - which is to say that I deleted those messages (again and again!) only to have them reappear when next I access that inbox. Dear Zoho Team, We have a Job Portal and we have a need to send Password reset links for people who request it in our application. We were successful in configuring the SMTP.
