How do I verify my new Zoho email for safe perimeters.co.ke with a domain that has been purchased in kenya? Our Domain was purchased through buydomainkenya.co.ke. It is not making any sense. Thanks

Reset superadmin password
Hello, i am using zoho business email under the domain www.thesnakepark.com. I don't remember the username and password for the superadmin. Also i remember that i have a superadmin access for the email admin@thesnakepark.com. So when i tried to reset admin@thesnakepark.com password, zoho is sending the reset to the same email, which is logically incorrect. So please guide me with steps to recover from this issue to use the email. Also rectify the logic if you find the issue logical. Thank you.

When was IMAP ripped out of new accounts?
I have been setting up new companies with Zoho mail for years, starting them on the "free" plan and then some of them have grown and added other Zoho services. I discovered when I added a new account for a client today (moving them from a crappy Yahoo paid account) that IMAP is no longer an option for the free plans... Why? You just lost any new accounts from me...

Hi, for the last month or so, it seems that certain emails just don't seem to arrive to my mailbox. These are work-related emails, and would be extremely important to receive. I tried to email myself from my gmail account, it worked properly, so it really seems that it is not a constant problem. I have found one of the missing mails in the spam section (don't know why), but the rest are missing entirely. Can you please help me? I can't figure out what the source of the problem could be. Excel Files Wont Download
Whenever, I am trying to download an excel file from zoho my computer is not recognizing the file. So it appears as an excel file on the attachment, but then when downloading it says it is an unknown format. I have tried my other emails and the excel files are downloading fine. It is only zoho.
