Imap not working properly on Mail Client.
I am using High Siera on Mac. This is a new mac. I have configured Mail client as imap. I have two problems. 1. I am not able to send out any email using Mail. I can receive them. 2. The mails are not syncing. The Mail shows "downloading messages" for ever. I have 15gb mails on server but it should not take many hours or days to sync them. I deleted the account and created it again but the same problem persists. 3. Response of support team is too slow. It should be in minutes rather than days.
Verify Crazy Domains domain with Wix Nameservers
I understand that I need to add cname or txt records to verify domain in Wix hosting as my domain's NS are with Wix. Problem is that I've had constant problems with Crazy Domains email hosting so have to move to a better email host and am in the process of having a new website built because the web designer that built the old site in Wix won't provide me with login details to Wix hosting. I am unable to verify the domain at Wix level and it seems that the cname record I've added into the domain

Hi, This is second time I am communicating my issue through the forum as it appears the support mail is not very useful for prompt communication. SMTP services for two mails in our corporate mail list had been blocked infinitely with no option for mail admin to unblock the SMTP services. When I tried to discover the reason, it appeared that one address had been blocked for sending 8 mails with same subject within 12 minutes, and the other for 2 or 3 mails with the same subject. Password Issues on mail online
I have contacted support several times over this issue and it is so frustrating that I haven't got a clear answer as of yet. In the past I have tried to log into my Zoho Mail account online. Unable to Verify Account (urgent)
I am trying to verify a domain that I registered but I am unable to verify. I tried starting again and I now get an error stating that the domain cannot be used or is already registered with Zoho. I also tried using the phone number as the username and the password I set and I get "Invalid username or password". Not receiving all emails
Hi, I have newly setup my account and found not all mails have been received and I'm being notified. Even from the same sender, I would receive some and not receive some. Also, I have setup both zoho email accounts in my Iphone mail, but I found all of the mails being received in my zoho accounts have been linked to one of the email I received in one of my gmail account. This is so weird that I have never experienced before. Can anyone help? Thanks.

Can I verify using MX records?
I can't verify my domain using TXT or CName records because the web designer won't give me the Wix login details. I do have domain registrar details but when I edit the TXT or CName records they won't verify because of the NS pointing to Wix. I can edit the MX records, can I verify Zoho mail with the MX records?
how to close authentication
How can I close the two-factor authentication when login the mailbox at the first time? I do not want the two-factor authentication appearing when I access to the new mailbox. I already closed that on the contral panel, but when we access to the all new maiboxs, they still need the verify via phone or google.

Newbie question... I have just set up a second email address from a second domain. Everything seems to be configured properly. I have sent a test email to the new, second address from a gmail account and it did not bounce back. Thunderbird on MAC not downloading "sent" folder
From a few days back, Thunderbird on both of my MACs stopped synchronizing "sent" folder of my account. Emails went through, you can see them in "sent" folder logging into zoho webpage but not in Thunderbird. I did a bit test and found that gmail sent folder works fine on Thunderbird, sent folder works all good on a few other clients (spark etc) just not Thunderbird. Please shed some light on this.
