We set up zoho to handle email for our site envision-boards.com. I've set it up correctly (as far as I can tell) and there doesn't seem to be a problem sending email to and from other addresses using either a browser, email client or app. But I've just noticed that a plugin we installed on a separate site www.posthypnoticpress.com, which is on the same bluehost package, will not send to the envision-boards email addresses. Repeat Emails
Hi, I keep receiving lots of old email (100+ from Yahoo). I delete them and sometimes it stops. But as soon as I empty my Trash the same ones come back AGAIN! This is VERY frustrating can you please fix this issue as soon a possible?

Emails do not appear in conversations
I received several emails from the same address, and they use the same subject, but they all appear separate. More specifically, they are emails created by a support ticketing system, and each time the ticket is updated, I get a new email that is in a separate conversation. Gmail used to group them together. Example subject: [Ticket ID: 619323] Some question.. My conversation view is enabled.

Huge bugs with Mail Contacts
There is a huge bug with mail contacts. Problem #1 I currently manage 4 separate domains using Zoho Mail. All 4 domains are in my Organization, since I am the super admin for all them, and need to control their mail accounts and administration. There is a GIANT FLAW in the way that contacts work. Members of one domain CAN SEE AND INTERACT WITH members of another domain!! This means that my customers know WHO MY OTHER CUSTOMERS ARE. This is unacceptable! I do not want my users to know about
Problem with my domain
Hello. I'm having an issue when I try to register a new Zoho Email Account with my own domain. The domain es: newhouseperu.com and I manage this domain (it's mine). Nevertheless, when I try to register, I see an error that says: "* This domain is already associated with this account "i*****1@g*****". But I have never signed up with Zoho, and I don't recognize that email adress. As I said, I own this domain, so I can make changes of MX, verify by HTML, or another ways to prove that the domain is mine.

SMTP failure across all my Zoho Services
SMTP is not working on my entire Zoho One services. This was working fine a week ago, and now i cannot send mail to any of my customers. WHAT IS GOING ON?? I haven't changed anything on my end, so this is clearly a Zoho issue. All of my MX records are set up correctly along with SPF1 and DKIM.

Email not sent to outlook or hotmail users
Hi I am using zoho mail free account. It sends and receive email fine for all the gmail and other mail accounts. But it doesn't send email to Hotmail or Outlook users. Whenever i send email to outlook or hotmail email id it display as "In Retry Queue" in my Sent items box. While i send email to same account from gmail it received quickly while send from Zoho its not recieved at all. Can you please let me know what will be the issue ? Thanks, Rahil

You seem to have no trouble finding me when you are sending advertising but for some reason I always have trouble logging in. Either you say I have the wrong password which I do not, or like today you say my email address is an invalid user, or no user. I do not get it. Is it because this is a free account? Do you give service to only the paid accounts. I refuse to purchase any of them because of your inconsistent service.\ You can always find my gmail accounts. Mail not being forwarded to personal email address
One of my clients' email is not forwarding to their personal gmail account. I've created a user and set up forwarding. When it didn't forward, I deleted the user account and created a new one (same information and same email) and got the same result. No email is being forwarded but the email is indeed making it to her zoho account. Any help would be appreciated.

I’ve been using Zoho for a few weeks, and everything’s been great. Here’s my setup: I have a domain name, “xyz.com” (not the actual name) to which my emails—as well as many family members’—are addressed (e.g.michael@xyz.com; stathis@xyz.com; etc.). Last week, I was perusing the Zoho web pages, and a notice read that I should reconfigure my MX records at my domain to the Zoho ones.
