Pop Up Forms Unusable
I just spent an hour creating a nice looking pop up form using the built-in designer. As soon as I hit "Save and Proceed" it destroyed all the formatting changes I made. Is completely unusable. Is there something I am missing here? Do I have to use one of the built-in templates and not make any changes to them? Any changes I make are removed as soon as you hit Save and Proceed.

How to track single page application web apps
The MarketingHub code for Websites and Web Apps seems to send page views to MH upon DOM ready. However, with SPA (single page applications) such as Angular, React & Vue, there is only one DOM ready event that fires, and subsequent page views are all virtual. What code can be used to trigger a new page view to MH? And, is there a way to control what the page title/document title value sent over is?
Problems with CRM sync + contacting support
Hi all First things first; I have opened up two support requests today, with the problem below, but now I do not have any open (or closed/on hold, for that matter) requests when I acces My Area. Opened 1 ticket and got no reply, so figured I would log in and check and could not find a ticket. Opened up a new one, took a screenshot of the confirmation screen, but when I went to My Rea, this was also gone! Any ideas? "Wait Condition" like in Campaigns?
We started our trying to use Campaigns, but Flow can't update tags inside Campaigns, so we've tried to switch to MarketingHub, only to find that there's no "Wait Condition" like in Campaigns, we can't setup our "New Customer" journey - as we need to wait at certain points for "up to 2 days" for a tag to update. Are any MarketingHub users using the Page Posts and Social Posts feature? We use Zoho Social to re-post industry specific articles and another software service that pulls our new blog posts into their service from our blog and creates about 10 posts over say 12 months (or how ever long you want) with custom graphics and text bubble quotes pulled from the post. Why Can I Not Integrate Marketing Hub with Zoho CRM in my ZohoONE Account
I have ticket open at the moment because the Zoho One system is saying I cannot connect Marketing Hub with Zoho CRM because I am already configured to Campaigns but I am waiting to hear what can be done - I have verifed my domain in Marketing Hub but Campaigns is saying it cannot verify because its already verified with another Zoho App. I am confused about the difference of Marketing Hub App and Campaigns App as they are both included in ZohoONE but they don't talk to each other from what I see.

Unable to open support requests!
Hi guys I have now several times tried adding support requests for problems we've been having, with various departments. The support ticket is sent, we get a confirmation screen and a request ID, but no replies from suppprt and the submitted requests does not show up in My Area. Same happens if we submit a request via e-mail; no reply and no ticket created. Anybody else have this issue?

List Cloning
Hello! I have associated my Zoho Campaigns account with my newly created Zoho Marketing Hub account. Currently, I have weekly syncs between Zoho CRM and Zoho Campaigns. If I clone my lists, will the leads and contacts continue to be synced in Zoho Marketing Hub? Or should I simply create new synced lists in Marketing Hub? Thank you

Web assistant analytics always VERY different from Google analytics
I'm see the analytics in the Marketing Hub's Web assistant to be way off from what's being reported in Google Analytics. Is anyone else seeing this? For example. Yesterday (Dec 1, 2019) Google Analytics reported 54 visitors from Facebook. Web assistant shows zero from Facebook. This disparity exists for almost all referring sources, every day. Total visits are also always way off.
Is anyone using Touchpoints to identify their best performing lead sources?
Hi MarketingHub users, I ask the question because the MarketingHub promotional video shows how I will be able to make better spend decisions based on the data collected with Touchpoints, but I find this feature just does not work. If you are using the feature successfully, please tell me how you have it set up. I only really see visits and although we regularly have leads come into our different MarketingHub lead lists and go through our journeys, it seems none of our Touchpoints are responsible
Forms no longer appearing on Wordpress pages
I installed the ZMHUB Wordpress plugin and added lead gen forms into my pages using the short code. The code is still correct and the forms still appear in Marketing Hub but the forms no longer appear on my website. They had been working just fine. I removed the shortcode, updated, re-added the shortcode and updated again. The forms still do not appear. I attached a screenshot of the forms from the Wordpress plugin
Problem with "Publish Options" preview
Hello, Two days ago, the "publish options" worked perfectly ... creating a form for my website. Today, the same "publish options" does not show a preview and the website only shows a blank pop-up page. The form is missing. What happened? I tried to unassociate the list and reassociate the list. Same problem.
SMS Journeys hanging in Zoho MarketingHub
I've created a couple of SMS journeys which are set to trigger when a new lead is added to a list. For some reason after a while the journey just hangs, and new additions just hang in under process. Am I missing something here? Anyone else see this? Thanks

FormStack Integration Is Listed But Not Available?
I'm trying to set a new client up on MarketingHub, and they're very interested in FormStack. I've seen for a while that MarketingHub advertises an integration with FormStack, so I said "Yes, we should be able to integrate those two!". I go to integrate them, and I see the attached image. FormStack integration "Coming Soon". I know that I can use the external form parser/integrate with CRM and then push to MarketingHub, so I'm not totally out of luck. Can you add merge info into CRM tasks in MH?
Hi there, Just using the journey within MH and using CRM tasks for the first time. Doesn't seem to be a way of adding the lead information that flows through MH into the task. Am I missing something? Using Deluge to fetch data into a journey
Is it possible to run a Deluge script in a journey? I wish to have an reactivation campaign that gives the user a unique (timed) URL to order a heavily discounted product. Rename animation css to avoid conflicts
Greetings, I've recently found out that Marketing Hub uses generic names like "slideInLeft" or "bounce" in their animation css: https://mh.zoho.com/hub/css/animate.css This might be ok for static websites, but some websites (Let say a wordpress site using a theme + plugins) may use the same names, thus causing conflicts. It would be great if the devs could add a prefix to these names, maybe "MHslideInleft" or something along those lines. it'd also be great if the static files are minified.
Alias domain box characters limited
There is a character limit when trying to add an alias domain which is stopping me adding sub domains to web tracking, how can I overcome this please?
How can you add bounced emails back to the list?
I did a email blast and it looks like hotmail servers were down causing hard bounces for a few of my contacts. I tried to add them back into a list but it will not let me.

Hello, Is it possible to track all documentation downloaded on our website for each visitor as it is possible to see visited pages and How it can be implemented? If yes, is it then possible to use this information in order to automatically send a specific content (ex a sales brochure) which has not been already downloaded by the person? For instance if we know that Mr John has downloaded the documents A, B and C, then Marketing Hub will identify this list and select the email template for the document
Has anyone had luck associating a live form with a Squarespace form?
I'm starting to learn and implement marketing hub as it's now been out for a while and seems like a nice Zoho application. Has anyone been able to inject the web assistant code into a Squarespace website and associate a live form for their stock forms? For now, I created a Zoho from and embedded the JS code, but I would prefer to use their forms as they look better and fonts, colors, style already match the rest of the site.
