The problem with new members sign in.
I have a problem with new members sign in. situation: Our new project member had registered his account's password through the invitation mail. after then the web page was moved to ZOHO top page. https://www.zoho.com/jp/projects/ He clicked "sign in" which is in right side above. But the input form (e-mail and password ) is not indicated. He tried several web browsers but result was same. He still can not reach my project web page. I would like to know that what should I check to solve this problem.

Zoho projects storage space
Hi, What is the storage space in Zoho Projects for free plan? In Pricing and SingUps there is written "10 MB files storage" but on the Timezone tab (when I am logged in on free plan account) there is written "Portal Disk Space : 30 GB". So there is 10MB or 30GB storage space? Thanks

New user email notifications
Hi, I'm just getting my feet wet with Zoho project management. As the admin for this project, I'll be adding 3-4 additional users. After I complete the setup for a new user, is an email sent automatically to that user? Can I choose to NOT send an initial notification, at least not until I'm ready? Since our project has been underway for awhile, I want to enter the tasks etc., including assignments to users, BEFORE the user signs in for the first time. Is there a way to do this - or am I mistaken
Unable to Edit Project: Please specify a valid rate
Hi there, We have an existing project that I want to specify a budget for. I opened the Edit Project screen and have most fields already set, including the Billing Method (set to Based on Project Hours) and a billing rate. I then try to change Project Budget to Based on Amount and enter a value of 3000. When I click the Update button, an error message shows at the top of the Edit Project screen saying 'Please specify a valid rate'. Would love some help.

Hello, We're trying to integrate slack bot with Zoho API's. We wanted to make a feature where some one post there reply in slack then that reply comes and posted in particular task from that user. To achieve that add comment API should accepts user id or added by details. But right now its not accepting it. Can anyone help on this.
Zoho Projects in relation to CRM, Calendar, and Mail... Are they integrated?
Are these apps integrated? I feel like they are not and that they must be used separately. For example, can you create a task specific to a specific lead and have it show up in Zoho projects as well and on the Calendar?

Meu administrador não consegue se logar na conta, pois a mesma informa que não é permitido o acesso a partir desta maquina. O que poderá ter acontecido? já que ele não tem acesso ao sistema, o mesmo não consegue acessar para monitorar nem acompanhar tarefas em aberto no projects. Está dificil pois ninguem da zoho entra em contato ou soluciona o problema, e já mencionei que não é problema de login e sim de restrição em qualquer maquina que eu vou. Grato.

Feature Request: Make column sizes smaller
Some of our users have requested the ability to make the size of the columns smaller on the list type screens. We are able to make them wider/larger, but not smaller. Our users want to be able to minimum the white space so they can see more of the columns across their screen.
Total hours issue(?)
Hello, we are a bit confused because when testing the Zoho Project we ran into this issue(?): We opened and assigned a new task with these details (for example): - work hours per day: 10 - start date: 12-12-2018 00:00 - due date: 12-13-2018 00:00 - duration: 2 days (20 working hours) The problem is, we can add even 60 billable hours under the log hours and set the task complete. Afterwards the system will close the task and add this 60 hours to the total of the project, although there will be -40
Suggestions to make Checklist Extension better
I think the Checklist extension has some awesome potential. A few suggestions to make it better: on the Checklist tab, indicate the number of checklists so that there is some visual indicator that there's something to be looked at there...similar to showing the number of subtasks on the subtask tab. Be able to reorder checklist items. Checklist templates so we can add a pre-existing templates. Scott

Can task start dates be optional please?
I often find that I just need to put a task due date, and often a start date isn't appropriate or necessary. However the system doesn't allow for a due date only, it insists on a start date as well. In any given task list for us there are priorities, so due dates need to be assigned. The task can be assigned to a person at a later stage, and, when that is done it is at that time we would also then wish to assign a start date. Is it possible to make the start date optional please?
Delivery date Bug

Dear, is there any option to plan the bug? At the moment I can only see the expiration date in the calendar. but in a bug I have 2 important milestones:

I demand delivery date for each of these milestones, in order to deliver a date to my client.

Hi there, I would like to know why i still get updates when ive unchecked all options under the Notifications section in a project. Ive attached a screengrab of all options off. Yet is still receive all kinds of updates when i close, move or change anything. PS why is the reporting about bugs so different here than in other Zoho apps? Combining my own projects as a portal user with Client projects as a Client user using same email
As the title indicates, I manage my own internal projects using my normal business email in my own Portal, and I am a Client user on my Clients' projects using that same business email. Is there anyway to see all of those projects in my own Portal, so that I could see ALL of my tasks across both my Portal projects and my Client projects? If not, should I be setting them up in a different way to accomplish that?
Bug Tracker fields
In bug tracker settings. I see fields in the list. I want to use the same fields from a previous project, but they do not show up on the new project I created. Is there any way to copy them to the new project? Do i Have to recreate them each time for new projects?
Linking a Zoho Project that I access via the Client Portal, to my own Zoho CRM
As the title asks, when I try to link Zoho Projects to Contacts and Accounts in Zoho CRM, I only see Projects in my own Portal in the list. I don't see Projects where I am a Client Portal User - is this expected? And is this on your roadmap? Thanks!

Tip 35: Rejecting time logs in Zoho Projects
Hi, do you know you can reject a time log in Zoho Projects? Points to remember: Whoever has the permission to approve a time log can reject it too. When a time log is rejected, the activity is notified via the Feed, Activity Stream, Email, and Notification panel. A rejected time log will not be listed in the Timesheet view. It can be fetched by filtering the timesheet status. When a rejected time log is edited, its status will be updated to ‘Pending’ automatically and it will be resent for approval.
Can't add tasks quickly without importing them
Hello, I must be missing this obvious feature found in all task software. how can you add tasks quickly? I see the import option but no one wants to spend time setting up an import sheet everytime they import tasks. Where is the quick add option or shortcut key? Thanks, Ryan.

Hello, I would like to know how I can bill the projects directly from Zoho Books. I currently have all the integrations enabled, but I am not capable. I can only bill from Zoho Projects. I would also like to know if you can bill a project with a fixed cost from Zoho Projects, regardless of the number of hours. Finally I would like to know if I can invoice a pack of hours in Zoho Projects and as the project progresses, the previously invoiced hours will be discounted. Thank you,
Can't Delete Link Issues options

BUG - Task List selection of a Task
Steps to reproduce: 1. Go to Classic View. 2. Click on a Task List. 3. Now click on the first Task in the Task List. You will jump to a screen with that task, but the other tasks that should also show up on the left disappear (this is the bug). 4. Now select a different Task List from the dropdown selector on the upper left. Once you select a different task list you'll see all the tasks as you should have on step 3. Thanks

Timesheet export all projects
It used to be possible to export the timesheets for All projects/All users by selecting the 'All' option in the 'Users' field. However this option now returns no results and it appears that all users need to selected individually. Is the 'All' Users option now redundant?

Google Tasks Not Added To Task List
My account is setup so several tasks are added when a new project is created from a project template. I have integrated Zoho Project with my Google Apps account so the new tasks will be added to my Google Tasks. However, when tasks are added in Google, they are not added under an existing Google Tasks List like it is with Zoho CRM. Instead, every project milestone creates a new task list in Google Tasks. Then the tasks belonging to the milestone are added under the new list. This is a problem.
