Being able to set different Date & Time settings for PROJECTS not just ORGANIZATIONS
Hello there!! As the title implies we just noticed that we can't give different Date & Time Settings to our projects and we have to set it as an "Organization" which is very annoying Are there any plans to give us the chance to set different Time / Dates settings for the Project level instead of the Organization itself? We are used to work in this way: When one of our colleagues complete a task, and he is ready for committing to a next task, he scroll his tasks, ordered in project priority, and usually pick the 1st available/assigned task with the highest project priority. Milestone start and end time
Hi, 1) The milestone end time does not adapt to the end time of the task list related to it. I have to change it manually. Auto calculate start date and end date of parent task from subtasks?
Hi all, I am wondering if it is possible to let Zoho project calculate start and end date of parent task from subtasks. I has created a parent task and 2 subtasks as follows: - Parent Task #1 - Sub task A (start 27/04/2016, end 27/04/2016) - Sub task B (start 28/04/2016, end 28/04/2016) Unfortunately, the start date and end date of parent task did not automatically calculate from subtasks. Documents/Google Drive integration is limiting
The Zoho Projects Documents paradigm only allows documents to be uploaded to Zoho Projects. That can be very useful. New Status option not available in My Tasks - Kanban - Organise By
I'm trying to use the Kanban view to manage my tasks having now setup new status codes. The organise by "Status" appears in the Project Tasks Kanban View but does not yet appear in the My Tasks Kanban View In a Project view - Kanban Organise by In My Tasks - NO STATUS OPTION
Print Task Report to PDF?
Is there a simple way to print a task report to pdf? The only option I see is to export to Excel, which loses outlines and is not a very good way for sharing with non-zoho users who we just want to email a nicely formatted task report. Thank You

Due Date Popup to navigate to a date/time relative to what was set in the Start Date
It's slightly frustrating when creating new tasks. It would be good if the Due Date popup screen would navigate relative to what was selected in the Start Date. In the example below, I have selected 15th/Sep as the start date. When I click on the Due Date, the popup screen navigates to todays date instead of fast forwarding to the 15th/Sep (which I think would make more sense IMO) Example
Can't add users to projects
I have done it hundreds of time but it suddenly stopped working. Adding a user to a project. Normally click users then 'add users' and start typing the person's name in the contextual dialogue box. It fills in the name for me. But now it's doesn't recognize any users. I have tried on existing projects and the same problem exists. Zoho Projects is as good as dead. I need this fixed ASAP. thanks
Teams or Departments in Zoho Projects
Hello, Wondering if there are plans to implement the Zoho Desk teams feature in Zoho Projects for task assignment? Often times, we assign tasks to a department rather than a person. Also in project templates, we don't know the specific person who will do the work, but we do know the department. Seems like if this were implemented the utilization report would also have to be by team. Looking forward to your response, thanks!

Overdue open tasks that are changed to future dates and updated are still showing as overdue.
Has anyone experienced an incorrect update for overdue tasks in Zoho Projects? When a manager changes the due date on an open task that HAD been overdue the task still shows as overdue, even though the actual due date is now “on time” or in the future. Thank you for any input!

Hi! I'm trying to create projects with custom fields via the API. I need the ID's of the custom fields, and I'm using https://projectsapi.zoho.com/restapi/portals/XXXX/project/customfields/?authtoken=XXXXXXXXXto get the list of those ID's. Creating a project From Inside CRM does not set task States
I have the CRM connected to Projects and have a template to create a project with a batch of tasks. If I create this inside PROJECTS, All is fine. Yay! If I create this same project using the New Project link from the Projects related list in the CRM, then the task states are not set correctly and the tasks do not open when you click on them. Can you have a look?
How to save preferences
I have a long list of projects in each of my groups. Everytime I sort them by alphabetical order, when I leave the project list view I have to sort them back. Same thing with calender, I filter my view by events, I have to do it again each time. It’s quite annoying, my team and I use ZProject everyday, is there a way to have this set as preference views? How do I add a project to client after passing import from crm screen.
So I've added a client using the import screen. In the import screen I was able to click on the projects I wanted to add to the client. this helps to group them by client on the projects screen. Now I'm adding a new project to an existing client. Tasks in notifications
notifications in iOS and on the web app when someone completes a task show the words "Task.completed.s". Thats all it shows until you click on it for more info. I have to assume this is a mistake. I thought it was a developer bug, and I wrote in about it a few times. Its been many months and its still like this. Please fix it to actually show relevant info.
Milestone Gantt doesn't really show milestones well
in the Milestone Gantt, I JUST want to see milestones, in a visual way, across all projects. I want to be able to glance at the year ahead, by project, and know how busy im going to be in each month. I don't want to see tasks, I just want to see a milestone with start and end date, color coded, with milestone names. Is it possible to set a custom filter or "view" for all users in BugTracker?
Other bug tracking software we've used allow users to create custom views or "filters" that can be set as the default views for all users in a project. We would like to have a category for archived "bugs" that weren't actually bugs but still contain important conversation history and are linked to Desk tickets. However, we don't want these to always be in users' sight, so we would like to hide them from view. Is such a thing possible or on the road-map for BugTracker?

Searching Archived Projects
Over our few years of using Zoho, we have created and then archived a large number of projects (>2000). I am trying to find an archived project so that I can use it as a template for a new project, but am having difficulty as the Archive Projects page doesn't load all the projects at once and will add more as you scroll down.
