As of now I'm trying to Export all the Bugs of a certain project nevertheless I need to see all the linked bugs that are among them so I can give that information to the higher ranks on my company, is it possible to do this by any mean? Admin Settings- Different Groups
I have created separate GROUPS for different Company DEPARTMENTS and each Group has an Administrator. We don't want to see each others projects. etc. and they need the Administrator rights to manage their Groups, since the Manager role is more limited. Is that something you are considering to add in the future?
gantt chart - viewing all milestones
I have a project with more than 10 milestones but i cannot get a gantt view where i can see all the milestones, due to the 10 filters limit. there must be a work around so that i can see all the milestones in a single gantt view? thanks!
Gantt Chart View - customisable?
Hi there, I would like to export a milsetone gantt chart for a client, but I do not want to include the "%" "duration" or 'owner' fields (highlighted in the screenshot). Project Timeline Gantt only shows 3 years
When viewing current projects in the Project Timeline Gantt view, it only shows a date range of current year, plus one year before and after. (E.g. if today is in 2018, then the Project Timeline Gantt view will only show 2017, 2018 and 2019.) The problem is that any project with start or end date outside of this range (e.g. start before 1 Jan 2017 or end after 31 Dec 2019) will not be visible at all on the Project Timeline Gantt view. Get task - owner_work and work_type fields missing
Some fields which are requested during Task Creation are not sent back when we fetch task details via the API. The API I tried : https://projectsapi.zoho.com/restapi/portal/???/projects/???/tasks/???/ Following fields are not available while fetching a particular task over API. owner_work work_type This should be simple to add to the API as the data is already there right? Can Zoho developers please look into it? Or is the owner_work data available in any other API? I tried to check the API docs
task completed notification doesnt work well
when one of our techs completes a task, we get a notification that says: "Task.Completed.s" seems like a programming bug? additionally when we click on the notification, it doesnt allow us to click through to the actual task. see attached screenshots.
Custom User Roles
It'd be helpful if I could create custom user roles, as I'm trying to set Zoho Projects with a non-profit group. Simply being able to rename the roles would work as well. Flagging people as "manager"s and "employee"s isn't really an option for me. Thanks! cbratcher
Please add issues/bugs to calendar sync
Issues/bugs show up on Zoho Project calendar, but do not sync to either Zoho calendar or Google calendar. It's a little frustrating because every time I try to come up with a workaround for the fact that Zoho has not yet integrated CRM and Projects calendars (not to mention tasks) across applications, so we can have one integrated view, something stops me :-). We just want an integrated calendar view so employees are not monitoring multiple calendars. Real time project calendar sync is also a must

A user of the 'employee' category can change the owner of a milestone to himself, and then delete the milestone. This seems to be an oversight, as the 'employee' user shouldn't have privileges to do so. Can this be changed? test_user_info

Unable to share Calendar View with Client Users
The "Client" User Type seems useful, since it is a safe overall way to share Project information selectively. The Calendar View, however, is one of the most clear summaries of overall status that we like to share with our Clients. Unfortunately, Client Users appear to get NO access to the Calendar tab view. ... Correct? Feature request, please...? Thank-you, ...Terry. PS: In general, the ability to edit the exact permissions of every role (and create more roles) is really missing and needed.

We had some customized project workflows in Jira which we would like to use in Zoho Projects. Is it possible to integrate them into Zoho Projects? I know that Projects doesn't have the exact same workflow logic on the GUI but would it be possible to integrate them via some scripts? Does sync with Google Tasks still exist?
Several different Zoho Documents state that project tasks can be synced with Google tasks, and it's advertised as a feature on your website here. We have Zoho Projects fully integrated with G Suite, but none of these Google tasks sync options show up. Nor do they show up for Zoho CRM which also says it has sync with Google tasks. Would someone from Zoho please advise is this feature still exists? I have also submitted a ticket on this issue. Thank You
Batch change dates
It would be very helpful to be able to batch change the dates for multiple tasks either within a project or in My Tasks. At the moment when a load of tasks due for the same day are set it takes time to go through and date set each one individually.

It would be extremely helpful to be able to collapse or expand all tasks in Classic view in My Tasks by clicking just one button. This list doesn't load very well anyway and this would really help organise this list.

You can type this character when entering a title for the holiday but when you re-enter the holiday list it's being replaced with a question mark.

Hi, Wondering if the above is possible? i have researched and it doesnt seem zoho offers a single view for multiple projects. Wanting a quick and easy view for activity across multiple projects. Cannot create project with ZohoOneEnterpriseTrial plan account
Hi, When I attempt to create a new project, the function to do so is ghosted and not clickable. Another user on the account had created a project. There was also a demo Project created by Zoho. After looking through some posts in here I found we can only have 1 project for the trial plan. So I deleted both projects but am still not able to create a new one. My user level is set to Admin. Any other ideas on how to fix? I've attached a pic of what I see in the Projects area.
