Date format import
Hello, When i import tasks using excel some dates does not convert they appear blank some dates in the same file convert well, but for example dates on december does not why does it happen?

Persistant 2-Factor Authentication
I am connecting to Zoho using Google / Chrome Browser. Zoho requires 2-Factor Authentication for security, which is good. The login screen says 2FA will not be required again on this browser / machine for another 180 days. But using the Chrome browser, 2FA must be used EVERY time I log in (annoying). Internet Explorer does not behave this way. It remembers the 2FA from before. Does anyone know how to enable this to work on Chrome? I looked in settings and did not see anything obvious. Our IT Tech

Creating tasks without an owner
It'd be very useful to have the additional two options available for task ownership, when creating a new task: 1: The option to set a 'default owner' for all tasks. Especially useful for small business where all/the majority of tasks are for one person 2: The option to set the 'owner' as a required field when creating a task. Is anyone using Zoho Projects Timer?
Two features that I need in order to use the timer are 1) Ability to change field values before the timer saves the record * Fields like Notes, Billable and even Task and Project 2) Have start and end time fields filled in when timer is stopped. * Currently it records the total time in the hours field and the Notes field shows from and to time. API Add Time Log From/To times can not be added
According to the docs we can only add the hours and not the from and to time. https://www.zoho.com/projects/help/rest-api/log-time.html#alink2 I see the fields are called start_time and end_time from when I get All Time Logs where those values were entered manually. Unfortunately, when I tried to add them as parameters they were just ignored. Is this just an oversight or planned in the near future? Regards, Glenn

Attachments like in CRM
I like the Attachments feature in Zoho CRM on the left side of the screen in Related Lists. I use it to add URLs/links to Contacts, Leads, Accounts, Cases, etc. I find it very very useful. In Projects I don't find a similar feature. I see where I can attach docs, but am forced to add it to a folder for docs, spreadsheets, pdfs, etc. I don't understand why it is designed this way. It seems clunky and arbitrary. It also seems inconsistent with the other apps. Can anyone enlighten me??
Difference between Zoho Projects and Zoho Bugtracker

No Start After or Duration in Project Template
I spent hours setting up a project just right and made a Project template from it. I open the template and there is nothing in the "Start After" or the Duration fields for any of the tasks. I have at least one other Project template that does have values in these fields. What am I doing wrong?
Task Description Open by Default
With the new layout the task description is collapsed by default. This is causing issues with our team missing important details that are included in the description. I think it would be ideal if the description was visible by default, or if this would be available as an option in the Setup screen.
How do you use Task Lists?
I'm new to Zoho Projects and I'm trying to figure out the best way to use Task Lists. I've noticed that sometimes tasks are shown grouped by their Task List and other times they are shown with no grouping. When do you decide to use a task list instead of sub tasks?

Hi One of the features I use extensively in the modules Zoho CRM is Attachments. I use it in the Leads, Contacts, Cases, Campaigns, Solutions. I use it heavily and really like it. I'm baffled that Zoho Reports doesn't have this feature. Or am I missing something? I am relatively new to Projects so maybe I'm not aware of it. Are there plans to add it? Or could you add it to the feature requests? Thanks
Filtering of Tasks/Subtasks
I have many tasks, in a task list, and those tasks have up to four levels of subtasks. Is there a way to show only "matching" tasks when filtering - not higher level (in the subtask hierachy)? What i'm seeing is that when i filter in the Classic View - it is showing me "ALL" of the higher level tasks even when those don't match my filter, if one lower level task "DOES" match my filter. Due to the number of tasks in the hierachy, it's as if there is still no filter applied - even though there obviously
ADMINITRATIONS FOR DIFFERENT GROUPS
I have created separate GROUPS for different Departments in my company and each Group has an administrator. We don't need/want to see each others Projects and it needs to be that way because they need Admins rights to manage their projects. It would be nice to be able to customize the Admins roles to have just visibility of their Groups.
Zoho Projects Calendar to iOS Sync Time Zone
I am subscribing to my iOS device calendar using Zoho projects, but the time zone on my device is off 1 hour from the Projects calendar. We are in an area of the US with Daylight Savings Time and think this may be the issue. Projects is set to EST and device is as well. Any ideas?

I am trying out Zoho One. I manage a small team of developers, we are all working on multiple projects. The first thing I looked at was Projects and Tasks. I have created a few tasks in a project. But where can I see All Tasks I have? Independent of project. I may have several tasks across multiple projects to do today for example. Where is my today view, and all task view?
