Zoho projects API unable to create subtask with start date
Good morning, I noticed a bug with the Zoho projects API. When creating a task, I was able to create a task and set the start date and end date. However, when creating the subtask I was unable to set the start and end date. Add key codes and friendly URLs to projects, tasks and bugs
You should consider a full review of how projects, tasks and issues are identified. I was a Jira user that moved to Zoho Projects and one of the features our company misses and needs the most is the ability to refer to a task or bug with a simple code instead of a lengthy - not useful - number. For example, when creating a project, ask the user to set a project key (4-5 letter unique code). Thus all tasks and bugs are created with this KEY as a prefix. Of course, this hast to be shown in the URL
How do I move a closed task to a different task list?
At the end of the day we need to print all of the tasks that were closed that day. After the tasks are printed, I would like to move them to a different Task List so it is clear they don't need to be printed again. Once a Task is closed, the box next to the task that you can check when it's open (to move, change priority, etc) is gone. I need that box back or some other way to move the completed task. How?

User with contractor role can't change the assignee in a ticket
Hi! In Zoho Projects with the bug tracking system, a member of my team with the role Contractor should be able to change the assignee according to your role chart but she can't. I look at the javascript code (in the Chrome console) and I could see that there is a javascript error that may be the problem.
Zoho Docs API
I currently am using using this method for uploading files: https://www.zoho.com/projects/help/rest-api/documents-api.html#alink4 It has a message at the top of that page stating that the api is deprecated. As of yesterday, it seems that I can no longer upload files via this method. The server replies with an empty array and no file is created. Using the Zoho Docs API documentation I cannot determine how to upload documents to a specific project. Does anyone have updated documentation or guidance?

Hi there, I notice in one of your videos on youtube you show there is a milestone view on the gantt chart, but on my free account there isn't. Is this a feature within the paid for accounts? We are very small organisation with a few projects on the go and are looking to find software that will help us with project management. I am starting to use Zoho Projects for a collaboration solution in project management. I am able to import from MS Project and it populates the Tasks in the corresponding Zoho Project, but there is no way to associate the project's tasks to milestones created for following up project execution. I've been using Zoho Projects for a while. Just set up a GSuite account for the company for handling e-mails, docs, etc. There's a Zoho Projects app for GSuite that I installed. Many of the comments say that it integrates GSuite and Zoho Projects very tightly. However, I'm not really seeing any changes. Feature Request: Default Timer Setting For Individual Tasks
Hey Zoho Projects Team, Every day, several times per day, I have to change timer inputs from "Billable" to "Non-Billable" in Task -> Log Hours. This can also be seen in the image below: I would really like to have the feature to set certain tasks to "Non Billable" by default. Hi all, I was trying to add users in Zoho Projects and found that my Zoho Mail contacts won't automatically come up when I type email address in "Add User". Also, I created a project in Zoho Mail, but it doesn't seem to be in Zoho Projects. Are Mail and Projects not integrated because I am using the trial version of Projects? Conceptual organization of Tasks
If you want better adoption of Projects, Zoho needs to follow industry-wide PM practices and nomenclature. There must be one person at Zoho that thought up this design and thinks it's great. The rest of the world is struggling to make this square peg fit in a round hole. The way tasks is conceptually organized needs to be thought through and re-structured so that it functions in a familiar way. Please, whoever you are, let go of your pride and make this module awesome!

Suggestion - Task Templates Search Option
Can we please get a search option in Templates > Task Templates? It's ridiculous to have to search through multiple pages in order to find the Task Template I am trying to edit.

I am working with quite a few different teams and I want to have a quick overview of tasks for certain teams (they work on multiple projects too - otherwise this would be relatively simple). What I am looking for is a filter save option so I can quickly switch between them, without having to select and deselect the team members each time in the task overview.

Tickets vs resource management
I'm looking for implementing Zoho projects. It's a great tool for managing new projects! But there is one thing I cant figure out.. We are a company which builds software. We have a lot of customers which work with our developed software. Our customers are used to create a ticket when they want a new feauture or the find a bug in the software. I can see that this is also possible in Zoho. But what I can't find is the possibility to add the ticket to a employee his 'planboard'. Is this possible?
