Getting all time for a month by project/tasklist/task
Hi, Using the dotnet wrappers I can obtain a totals per user for time spent on a project. I cannot break this down to specific tasks the user has logged time against. How is this possible? Eg. If I do the following: Dim timelogs As zohoprojects.model.Timelogs = TIMEAPI.GetTimeLogs(proj_id, logParams) I only get the timelogs.grandtotal populated. The timelogs.tasklogs are never populated. Also the timelogs.timelog.date is always empty/null. Thanks Duncan

Backup restore
Hi Zoho Projects, Currently we're making a backup of all the projects every 1 or 2 days using your backup service. We download the xml file, store it at our cloud server and begin to wonder: If someday we'll need to use it to restore the projects, how can/should we do it? Changing a project follower into a project user
I have a project which a portal user was following. Now the situation has changed where this user needs to be a actual project team member. However, if I try to add this user it gives me an error saying - (User already added as Follower to this project). Is the only way to fix this for the user to unfollow and then get added as a project user? Or is there a simpler way (without the project manager having to ask the user to unfollow first) for this to be done? Thanks, Menno
Fixed Bid Invoicing

Client User access
As a test case I've added a client user to one of our testing projects to see what the access level is and what it would look like for them. They get access to the forums - which is nice. Though a way to make some of the discussions internal or external (like with the milestones would be great). Sometimes you want to discuss things that the client doesn't necessarily needs to see. I have seen several references to having multiple project portals. Desk offers a feature called "multi-branding" which allows support for multiple brands to be handled by a single overall account. I would be nice to be able to pull up a list of names from Zoho people when adding staff to a project and Zoho CRM when adding customers. Similarly, it would be nice to be able to see what projects have been done for a particular company from Zoho CRM and what projects an employee has worked on from within Zoho People without having to manually enter that info. Zoho has a number of great products, but one area of improvement is that it needs to more seamlessly integrate the different products.

Hi, Zoho is by far the best webbased project management tool i've used! I do have a question: Is it possible to configure the tasks not to count weekends? Filter Task vs Subtasks in Reports
Hi: While using reports, I cant find a way to separate tasks vs. subtasks. Example: I am getting 18 tasks in the report, but only 3 are real tasks, 15 are the steps needed to achieve those 3 tasks. I have to report my boss/client only the tasks. He doesn't need to know about the steps needed internally to complete a task. Is there a way I can get a report only of the tasks? Thanks. Date issue of the new project created based on template

After creating a new project based on this template, I founf that there're a lot of tasks didn't have the correct dates, they didn't correspond to the initial date of the project + start after days. Hi: It would be great if I can navigate to a client and find all the related projects and files related to him. You see, one client can generate several projects. Some may use the same documents as a reference. Error when attempting to add users
Hi, I am getting an error message when attempting to add users to Zoho projects. I have successfully added 12 users, however, now i am unable to add any further users, i am getting an (Error Occured While Adding User) message.
