Project Users, Admin added by default, possible to remove / hide them?
Hi all, portal admin users appear in every project created in the portal. From a users point of view, this can be useful but also distracting: in every page, or dialog, or select list we have the admin users appearing. Imagining that there is a precise technical reason for this, maybe there is a chance to "hide" the admin users from the various pages. Or maybe you could think about this functionality :-) Thanks a lot Andrea
Task timing
Hi, In the new Zoho there is a new icon which looks like clock... When a user clicks on this it seems to count down and add the time spent on this task to logged hours. What are the key benefits of using this? Can you report from this? How accurate is this? (i.e does it still count the time even if you are not on Zoho?) Thanks, George

email notification of tasks
Hi I am the portal admin & i would like to receive a notification each time a project user updates / adds / closes a task or activity. I get notifications if i create the task but not if a user creates them. is it possible to always receive a notification of any update. thanks you

Task workflow
We cannot understand why a project management application like Zoho Projects has these limited task workflow management capabilities. Simple examples: There are no editable email templates for reminders, because we need to use reminders to be sent to the client, so a customised template is really necessary. Projects New UI - Can't See Timer Running
Hi there, We have many member of our team who use the timers running to check their progress on a task. In the old UI, we can see the timers running. In the new UI, you have to hover to check the status. We would like to be able to see the timer running. Or, if you have a pop-out that allows us to see the timer running. It's not usable if we can not see our timers running consistently. This is a MAJOR requirement for us. Please include it. Thank You, Chad

Is there any way of setting up multiple reminders e.g 7 days before a task is due, and then 2 days before if it has not been completed?

Issue getting Logs for a Project (API)
Hello, I'm having problems with the api to return the logs of a specific project in a specific month. General Task list not returned by the API

Cannot upgrade to paid subscription
I'm trying to upgrade Projects to a paid subscription so that I can add it to other apps already in my account (earlier today I successfully upgraded CRM to a paid plan in this account). In Projects there's a link "You have reached the maximum limit. Upgrade to do more." but when I click it, it says "Contact your project administrator to upgrade!". Project Missing From List
We have created a project and assigned some tasks to it. In the Active project list the project cannot be found but when a search is done on the home page then the tasks are listed under the correct project name. It is not an archived project so do not know how to find the project itself. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks

Hi I am looking for a way of downloading the entire resource ultilization matrix as a excel document. Unable to set dependency in free version
Hi I seem unable to set a dependency in the free version of project. Is this because it's not available in free or am I doing something wrong? I go to the dependency view and enter the predecessor number in the predecessor box but when i navigate out of the box, the predecessor number disappears. Can anyone help? Thanks M

Documents in Zoho Projects with more than 25 users?
Is the documents panel in zoho project independent of zoho docs? If I have more than 25 people in a project do I need to purchase zoho docs in order to have them all have access to my documents? I would like to have multiple users in Zoho Projects (+25) be able to co-author documents in Zoho projects and I am wondering if I am required to buy Zoho Docs in order to do so.

Notification from two users not being sent to any other user
There are two specific users in the project team, who's account does not send notifications to any other user when they upload documents. These are the only two we are aware of - we haven't tested all users. The two users are from the same company/domaine. Their notifications did work for many months and then suddenly stopped.

Not Able to link BitBucket with Zoho Project

Can we hide forum discussions and documents from a client or contractor?
This seems simple, so I hope it's integrated. If you have a project with agency, contractor and clients on there, you'd think you could have discussions with just the agency, or agency and contractor, or agency and client or all. Is there a way to do this? Similarly with documents, where do you choose who can view it? Hopefully it's simple and I'm missing it. I know Basecamp has been using similar functionality for years and a lot of people love it.
Can not upload documents issue.
We are not able to upload documents in to the projects since yesterday. We are able to even upload the same documents to the same project. Any suggestions?
Export task .xls sheet doesn't show any task/information/data
When I export Task from Tasks & Milestones, I get an email liking to the xls sheet but there is no task/information/data on the sheet? Even when if I choose all users, or select an individual user, the spread sheet show nothing when I download it. Am I missing something?

I would like to classify my projects other than just Active or Archived.
