When I try to enter a predecessor for a task I get "Set valid dependency Task dates may have conflicts" . How do I fix this ? ( Also what does this message mean )

How to include multiple projects on one invoice?
I have a $20 subscription to Zoho PROJECTS. I have a free subscription to Zoho INVOICES. From within PROJECTS I have activated the Zoho INVOICES integration so that I can easily create invoices for the work I do in PROJECTS without having to leave PROJECTS and launch INVOICES. THE PROBLEM The only way I can create an invoice in PROJECTS is to first click on a Project then the side menu appears and I can create an invoice but the invoice will only feature work from that Project - not any other Projects
Asset Utilization Within Projects?
Can anyone recommend how to accommodate Asset Utilization (tracking an asset's use) within Projects? For example, we are a Chemistry environment, with instruments used for analysis, that we need to track usage for. There will be Tasks (analyses) created for each user that will be performed on any number of Assets (instruments), e.g. Analyze XYZ Samples (the task) on ABC instrument (the Asset). Bug // End Date Not Calculating Correctly
I have discovered a potential bug in the system. When you set a "Start Date" and then select "Enter Duration" and select "hours" then enter "5" for example the end date does not calculate correctly. This only seems to happen if the Start Date is after working hours. For example, I entered a start date of 09/Dec/16 09:00 PM with a duration of 5 hrs the Due Date calculated as 12/Dec/16 11:00 AM. Status Id returned on DefaultFields object doesn't match statusID
I'm attempting to populate a list of StatusTypes and set the bug statusId as the default selected. When rendered nothing is selecting. Reproducibility, Severity and Classification are all working but StatusType is not. Upon investigation, the statusId returned on the Bug Object does not exist in the map of statusDeatils on the Defaultfield object. I think this is a bug. If not I'd like some clarification as to why that value is different as it is appearing this way for a number of our Bug Tickets.
Change of Project's Domain
Hi; When I try to change the domain of our projects I see the following alert: "Sorry. Portal Owner Change option is disabled for Google-Apps Domain Portals." We are moving our team to another domain, main corporate domain, and as such want to disassociate the account from Google-app portal. How can this be done? I sure hope we don't have to abandon this and start over.

Hi, I use the priority field to filter some tasks but I'm not using them as proper priorities. Is there a way to filter by custom tags? Is there a way to change the names of "High, Medium, Low" so that it shows other things? Thanks

All the seperate ideas in this forum are great - but I am bold today and suggest a complete re-design of Projects - like CRM or DESK experienced this year. In our opinion, the UI is 2010. Resource planning: locked in at only 40 hours for employee
Can someone confirm with me the flexibility of setting different level of hours for different employees while doing resource planning? We had the enterprise version of Zoho Projects but found that we had to set all employees at 40 hours per week. Has this changed at all? Is there more flexibility? Thank you.
Printing Gantt Chart needs improvement
Often I need to print out a Gantt chart for a meeting. The PDF generator does not provide page breaks (tasks are cut in half when printed) nor is the font readable. Any chance you will be able to take a look at improving this feature?
Copying docs from one project to another project in ZOHO
I would like to know if there is a central place in ZOHO where we can store the docs and which can be taken by other projects. I tried copying it in 1 project and pasting in other project but it did not work. I do not want to download it to desktop, as I am losing few features in the document. Also trash seems to be separate for each project if i want to copy it from there.

Is there a connection between Zoho Projects and Support? We are evaluating the products, not yet active users. We would like to track developers' time both on active project tasks and resolving open tickets. Tasks are not reoccurring
Hi There is an urgent bug that needs addressing. Since last Friday I have noticed on two projects now that the reoccurring i have set up is not working- The tasks are closed and they simply do not reoccur. I just tried on one of those projects right now and the same thing happened. -Reopened the most recent task -Set the reoccuring -Refreshed the project -Closed the most recent task once reoccuring set -Task just closes and does not reoccur even though the reoccur symbol is showing next to the task

Tasks Filter not working properly
Hi: I currently have an Enterprise Zoho Account and have the following problem: At the moment we are using several projects at the same time and some users are assigned to more than one. The problem actually is that some users (including me) when filter tasks using proprietary as "Me" to filter only our own activities (in Start Menu or inside an specific project) NOT ALL the tasks assigned appear. We've double checked that no other filter is specified at the same time. We consider this a bug. Please
