Allow Do On Dates without Start Dates
I would like the ability to add a due on date without a start date. It would also be nice if, there is a duration set and you select the due date it would automatically set the start date.
Can I mark my Task lists as recurring?
I know that I can mark TASKS as recurring, but what about task lists? I have my monthly marketing set-up as a Task List and I wanted to try to make it go monthly. Any thoughts or suggestions?
Dependencies in Project Templates
Is it possible to set up dependencies for tasks within a project template? I can't find much documentation on how to set up dependencies (just the small little pop up help from the Projects interface). I noticed that the dependencies tab appears when I look at an active project, but that same tab is no where to be seen when editing a template. Is there something I'm missing?
Marking a Project as being 'On Hold"
Is there a way to mark a project as being "On Hold?" We have a project that has been postponed by the client after about 80% of the milestones have been completed. We would like to keep the project alive in Zoho, knowing that it will re-start again next year. Any advice on the best way to manage this in Projects?

Export Timesheet - Download Options
From any project, when using the export time sheet option: 1. Given the fact you probably selected your filters already (time, users, etc) it shouldn't be required for you to complete all the fields again in the export window 2. Also, when selecting "all" in the users field it should be implicit that all includes the users that actually have time logs in the selected criteria.If a project has 10 users, but only logged time, it's useless to have 9 empty sheets. 3. iPad support and better app
Are there any plans to improve the iOS app for zoho projects. The current version is almost pointless as it makes working with projects difficult and ineffective. Also, I use an iPAD pro and would greatly appreciate better app support and even better web support. Using projects on safari for iOS is not easy. Thanks for any feedback.
Exporting Time Sheets - Errors
I've noticed the following behaviors when exporting time sheets from different options. 1. From Home > My Time Sheet: I've made several combinations of filters or parameters and the xls file comes always empty, the "Show export history" option doesn't update the times / dates I've exported. 2. Task List - Column Entry for TIME LOG Actual (A) Feature Request
I would like to request the following feature. In Projects, on the Tasks screen, I can click any data in the columns and add or change data directly using a pop-up box. However, the only column that does not work like this is TIME LOG Actual (A). Could you allow direct entry like the other columns on the TIME LOG Actual (A)? How do I use uploaddoc parameter when using the Create Task method of the Project API?
I'm trying to create a task and attach a file using the Create Task method of the Project API. The uploaddoc parameter is of type "file". There is no sample code on how to use the uploaddoc parameter. I assume the uploaddoc file parameter is looking for a binary file, but I'm unsure how to specify this in the code. I have the very useful switch between View by Group and View by Client. However the people in the project who are also part of ZOHO CRM do not have the "View by Client" view like I have. Error in total hours in Export Timesheet
Hi ! For example, If you have 138:55 total hours in an Export Timesheet (see attachment), hours to calculate is not 138.91 (or 138.92 according to the rounding) but 138.83, as if Zoho saw 138:55 as 138:50 by rounding to the lower ten minute. In this case, 5 minutes are lost. Can you fix this? Regards.

Overlapping tasks/separate milestones on Gantt Chart
Hi! I have multiple project phases (milestones) moving at the same time. When viewing the gantt chart I can't filter out tasks by milestone so they are overlapping. I can only filter "Open" and "Closed" milestones. This is really screwing everything up. Is there a function that I am missing, or can I bypass this in any way? Please help. Creating a task for a consultant not in zoho
As an architect, I often need to prepare drawings or documents for other consultants to then do their work. Task queueing?
Hi! I was wondering if there is a way to queue tasks in sequence. In other words - can I create tasks in such a way that task 2 cannot begin until task 1 is completed, and thus keeps getting pushed down the calendar without me having to do so manually? Unable to drag and drop tasks to make sub tasks
I have created a project and added multiple task lists- I am trying to make certain tasks sub tasks but am unable to drag and drop. The only solution seems to be to redo the entire list by creating a task and in detail mode add subtasks...any particular criteria which is required for tasks to be converted to subtasks?
Timesheet - Logging Time Ahead
We are trying to see if Zoho projects can replace our current solutions which includes a timesheet system. One thing I have not been able to do is log future time. This is for vacations and holidays (we have an internal project with an appropriate milestone and task). When billing project time, I do not see the option for showing each time entry separately with the notes.
