Profile Images Not Showing In Projects
I can see my own profile image, but I can not see other user's images in my team. At first, it was only new users, but after clearing my cache it turns out to be all users. The same is true when logging into other user accounts. Please advise.

Hello- we just purchased Zoho the enterprise version, for some reason I cannot find how to add/import a task. I have looked at the online documentation and there should be something call task under the dashboard icon but I do not see that as the admin. Under dashboard I have defect (bug) then milestones. How do I remove a user from a project
I want to remove or delete a user from a project but I can only add users. There is no way to delete or remove a user from a project. The project is configured as Private. I am the admin and Owner.

Hi there, I ve created a client user for a project and I want give him only access to some documents or task, but it seems he has access to another documents which I dont want to show him. How is the structure of client user acces? by task, by documents,etc... ? Gantt Dates don't align with task Dates
Hi, Just signed up for the paid version and noticed that when viewing my tasks and milestones in the MILESTONE GANTT view, the dates in the calendar don't align with the bars for my tasks. For instance, I have a task ending March 15th. When I see where the bar ends relative to the calendar, the date shows Feb 28. Help or clarification would be appreciated.

In Basecamp I can paste image and video URLs from screenshot services like Dropbox, Droplr, and CloudUp. Those URLs are automatically converted to embedded media. This is great because it gives instant context to developers. Problem with mpp file import
Hello, i've been having an issue while trying to import a project file. I'm not sure exactly where the problem lies so let me describe in detail. 1. Using OpenProj tool i created a project document with a gantt chart. 2. I saved the document as "Microsoft Project Document 2003" format, which OpenProj saves with the .xml extension. I rename the file to .mpp extension. 3. Tried to import that document into Zoho projects 4. Then i get the following error message: Import Microsoft Project Plan(MPP/MPX)
Gantt Charts filtered by Date
Hi, I am wondering if there is a way to filter the Gannt chart view by date in Zoho Projects. We do not have the Enterprise edition at this time. For example, we are wanting to see a 3 week look ahead by project, so we want to filter for 2/25/2016 to 3/17/2016. Also, we have Zoho Reports so we were wondering if there is any way to build out a Gantt chart there. Would we be able to filter these Gantt charts by date if we had enterprise edition? Sometimes it looks like you don't consider yout solution as a whole when you start updating it, resulting in more difficulty in later updates that should have been thought more properly in advance. We should be able to associate custom fields to groups, precisely because they are Custom and may depend on the type / group of a specific project. Hi, I was wondering if the Gantt chart feature in projects can be filtered by a range of dates? For example, we are wanting to look at the project elements (tasks, subtasks) for the next 3 weeks specifically, like from 2/24/2016 to 3/16/2016. Simple Request for WYSIWYG editor
The forums are the only place in Projects that have a WYSIWYG editor which seems odd because it's in tasks that we really need to explain things to employees and contractors with bullet points and lists and other formatting. Emails that get forwarded into tasks become a mess due to the lack of formatting. Add a WYSIWG description for task?
Brand new Zoho Projects user here. Am I missing something or is there no way to add a description to a task? I'm trialling Zoho Projects coming straight from Wrike, where you can add a WYSIWYG description for every task, so it seems very odd that I can't do this in Zoho. Why is the ICS export only updated a few times a day?
When I create or edit task I have to wait many hours before it is updated in the ICS export. Even in Zoho Calendar it is not updated real time! Why?
ICS export not updated to new times?
When I change the start and end time of my tasks and I copy the ICS export link and add the calendar in Outlook or Google (tried both) the tasks still have the old start and end times. Are this ICS export links not realtime updated? If not, how long do I have to wait for an update to the new times?

I have individual contacts associated with accounts and accounts associated with projects. I'd like to be able to view the contact information through the Project portal. Also, reporting using the groups of the projects and displaying the contact info would be helpful.

zoho project calendar sync issue with google calendar
We need help syncing zoho project calendars only with shared google calendars and not individual google user calendars. The problem we're having is zoho will sync with google; however, it goes to the user's "named" calendar and we need zoho to not do that and only sync with the specific shared google calendars. Few suggestions that would make creating project templates more efficient. 1. Having the ability to import tasks from a spreadsheet within the Project Template Task section. You can do this when creating a "new project." 2. When importing Tasks from a spreadsheet, to be able to associate a milestone to a tasklist, just as I can associate a tasklist to a task. Display sum of Work Planned and Time Log Actual at top of respective columns
I suggest we display Sum of Work Planned in Classic and Plain view. We use Zoho to plan for the upcoming week for our team members and we need to make sure that the work planned is approx. 40 for each team member. Currently, we have to do that manually and it can get cumbersome since there are often 10-15 tasks per team members. Displaying the sum will make the Work Planned (BTW, I love this feature!) feature much more powerful. Best, Sudip
Allow a start date without an end date...
I would love to have a start date without an end date on many of my projects. Ideally, such projects would then show on the calendar as a bar from their start date to today, on the Gantt chart as a bar from start date to today, and on all reports as projects in progress. The idea is to show that I have started a project, but it isn't done yet. I still need to save the time I started it though so it shows on calendar and reports as such.

Add 'Comment' box to task creation dialog box
It would be super helpful to have a 'Comment' field box on all the task creation windows. Now I have to add my descriptions of the task in a two step process by first creating the task and opening it and adding my descriptive comments to my team.
