Uploading
I am trying to upload Job Openings and it stays in the mode "in progress" for hours. Not only that, it only tries to upload 20 of the 117 lines. It claims it can do 1,000 at a time so I don't understand what's wrong.
New Candidates
Candidates Imported from document are not showing up under NEW view and I can not find them withoutr doing a search on their name. This was not the case previously. HOw can I change that and how can I make certainthat the new view open with the most recent date instead ofone that is ore almost two years old?

Formatted CV problem
Hi, in the formatted/branded resume, the footer only appears in plain text, and the text is repeated, and appearing twice. Also, yesterday it was automatically saving the CV into the formatted CV slot in candidate file whenever I generated a formatted CV. Today it is not.
Merging purged information
When importing information from a document such as a CV when adding a Candidate is it possible to 'merge' information as well as the skip, overwrite or clone options we have. If it is not possible, can I suggest that it becomes possible?
Internet Browser issues - clients reporting blank screens?!?
Is anyone else experiencing issues with IE7, IE8 and IE9? we have several customers who due to being not for profit are working on older browser versions (although as per ZOHO website - these are supported) but since last Thursday am - they havent been able to get on - this has been logged but all we hear is 2-3 days we will get an update. As its recruitment some of our clients have 200-300 applicants and its become a real issue for us to do everything for them - so i was wondering if anyone else
multiple CVs in candidate file
Hi guys, is it not possible to have more than one CV saved in a candidate file? I have many candidates who have both a chinese and english CV. Some clients want one, some want the other. But it seems I can only have one saved in a candidate file at any time. Am I mistaken?
Template options for CV format feature?
Hi guys, the new CV format feature is EXCELLENT!! I am wondering though, if you will include the option to have two choosable templates -- ie., one I can have setup as a standard CV which uses the filename and leaves candidate name in doc, and another for anonymous intros, which pulls the name and inserts candidate number into filename instead.
Custom form for candidates and required questions
I created a custom form for candidates with questions for various jobs. However, I only use a few questions for a specific job when candidates apply. This works well. Now I also want a few custom status tracking fields to use with each candidate. Only the recruiters complete these fields. When I open a candidate to modify some of the custom fields, the screen forces me to enter ALL required fields, but some of these fields are NOT used for this job. I tried to change my email address in my account and it asked for my password which i have forgotten and have been logging in through google apps..anyway when I try to reset my password it asks a question that I do not know the answer for - I need to reset my password and email address please help. Outlook crash error
For the past 3/4 months I have had an error with my ms outlook crashing around 15/20 times each day. Various attempts to fix by myself and Microsoft failed, i was then forced to format my pc and reinstall everything which solved the issue. A week later I added the Zoho outlook addon which immediately crashed my outlook and not the problem has returned. This means the the ad don is the problem, Do you have any knowledge of this error?
Blank apps
Is there a glitch in the system? I am getting a lot of almost blank applications. It seems like there's a pattern. Or are the applicants just not filling it out? Please respond by email.
Scheduling an Interview
When I Schedule an interview between a candidate and I client why do I come up on the event invitation as an attendee. I can't see how to stop this from happening. I am not going to the interview, I am only organising it.

Jobs not posting to Job Boards
I was issued ticket number 4116196 by Keerthi on Apr 17 for this issue. I do not see any of the job openings I create on any of the websites except our own website. I have the Job Boards option enabled under settings and am publishing. Please have someone address this ASAP - I have waited quite a while to get this resolved

Zoho Apps button not working
Hey, on the main page of Zoho Recruit, at the top the button "Zoho Zpps" is not working. I have opened a new session, cleared browsing history, shut computer down and restarted, used internet explorer instead of Chrome and cannot get it to open..... any thoughts on the issue here?
