I have emailed you about several problems with the new format and have not received a reply. Now all the resumes attached to candidates files have disappeared. I would like to revert to the old format. I have had nothing but trouble with the new format. It time consuming and taking me away from my work.

My Zoho Recruit is not posting to my Twitter and FB pages when I create job openings and publish them. It seems to work, but these jobs are NOT posted on the configured company Twitter page and Facebook page even though I am selecting that it be published there. What is going on?

Email parse not working.
I can't get my mailbox to parse the resumes. I've followed the instructions. I see the resumes in my inbox, but they are not being parsed into candidates. In reports, I see no successes or failures.
New Zoho Recruit Not able to delete notes or send emails
Now we are having problems with Zoho recruit not being able to send emails or delete notes. Trying to hit the send email button or the trash can to delete a note does not work. It only sits there with no action taken.
Field Types of 'Image Upload' and 'File Upload'

New Zoho Recruit: Not possible to edit Candidate E-mail Templates
During the integration from old to new Zoho recruit the layout of my candidate e-mail templates did not transfer well. When going to setup and then choosing to edit the relative template an instruction of "loading" appears but this just hangs and hangs and hangs and so far the template has not loaded. I look forward to your advise about this issue.

I've been using the old version of Zoho Recruit for a long time, associating candidates to job openings, no problem, but in the new version I've no idea what's going on. I'm being asked to add "Criteria Component"? Please explain how to simply associate a candidate to a job opening like in the previous version.

Hi - Is there any way of sending the Hiring Manager a copy of the Candidate Application form? I can see that Resume & Covering Letter can be attached but not the details on the candidate form
Email as CC instead of BCC
When I send a mass mail to candidates starting at the candidates tab and add a BCC address so that I can see what the candidate is getting - the email goes out as CC and not BCC i.e. copy instead of blind copy. Please verify and rectify.
My Profile on Careers Portal
When a potential candidate is using the careers portal, signs in and create his profile. The system display the pop-up alert we have created saying thanks for applying for this job. It also sends out an email to the candidate owner saying this peron has applied for a job. basically lots of alerts being sent when someone is only creating their profile not applying for jobs. SMS on New Zoho Recruit not working...
Another issue with the new Zoho Recruit. I'm trying to send an SMS to one of my candidates to let them know about a job interview coming up and I can't click the "Send SMS" button. I click the button and it wont do anything. I click the button above it to send an email and it works fine but not the SMS button. Anything you can do to fix this too??
Search candidate/contact profile in LinkedIn feature to be discontinued from Feb 15, 2016
We are sorry to inform you that from Feb 15, 2016 onward, we will discontinue the search candidate/contact profile in LinkedIn feature. This is due to LinkedIn's decision to restrict their Open API's. Moving forward, instead of searching for a candidate's profile through Recruit, you can look up them up directly in LinkedIn, copy the profile link, and use it to associate the candidate profile within Recruit. Please note, that these changes will not impact the existing associated candidate profiles.

Candidate Application Form Doesn't Fit
I have migrated to the latest version of ZoHo Recruit. Under Career Website Integration, I created a Careers page. I embedded the iframe code into the Careers page of my corporate website. All of my open jobs appear in that frame with no problem. I can also click on one of the jobs and the job description opens in the frame. Everything looks good.
