Hi, I am not seeing a lot of the functions described, like a resume inbox and when I try to submit a resume to a client the resume of the candidate is not attached, I have to pull it from a saved directory? I think my version is screwy or something, can someone please help?

date format choice not reflected in zoho recruit
I cannot change the date format to dd/MM/yyyy. It was already set to dd/MM/yy. But still Zoho recruit shows MM/dd/yy.

Posting on social networks
Hello, I have problem with posting Job openings on social networks like Facebook and LinkedIn. When I copy link to form on FB, it writes me, that "Check out this link" without pictures, posting title etc. Or there is nothing. It is critical problem for me. See at attach pictures.
Unable to edit candidate information after resume emailed or imported into Zoho recruit without filling out mandatory screening questions?
I created aprox 12 screening questions on my candidate application in Zoho Recruit. Problem is, if I import or email a resume that is missing contact information e.g. email address, phone etc. I can not go in and add that information without filling out all of the empty screening questions. I should be able to edit a profile and ad information at any time without messing with the screening questions. They are all mandatory questions on the canddiate application. How can I change my zoho recruit email? I've changed it in "My Account" > Email Address. But it is not reflected in the recruit interface. This is insanely frustrating.

I tried to change my own email address in zoho recruit to no avail. I do this from here https://accounts.zoho.com/u/h#profile/email log out, log in. Nothing has changed, I'm still using the old identity. I also tried adding a secondary email, but I am not able to choose this identity when I compose emails. Please advise.

Has anyone else had an issue of a husband and wife both applying? We had a husband who applied and then his wife applied using a shared email account. This over-rided the husband's info. Then we asked the husband to re-apply after losing his info and it over-rided/deleted the wifes info.

We had an applicant apply and it appears we accidently deleted their info. Is there a way to view deleted candidate files? I got a confirmation email from Sun, Mar 15, 2015 at 1:59 PM PST that he applied.
