Recruit Outlook Plug-in 'Incorrect email address or password'
I have successfullu installed ZoHo Recruit plug-in to my Outlook 2013 (although, peversely, I had to install the 32 bit version on my 64 bit machine because the 64 bit version failed the install - why?). When I try to sign in to Zoho Recruit from Outlook I get the error message 'Incorrect email address or password'. I've tried re-installing the plug-in but get the same error. Thanks

We are not suceding posting new jobs in for almost a week, and asked for support since than, but until now nothing was done...it`s an complete absurd the delay you have in your support, we work with 3 diferents softwares in cloud and Zoho by far the worst support of all…You post a problem they call you fast, but nothing is done after that...they simple disaper with your problem!!!! Can you really fix my problem guys?

Good day, I tried to create a workflow which is: when I create an interview for a Candidate, the Status field of that candidate goes to Interview Scheduled. But the status Field cannot be selected in the field actualization rule. Why? Thanks for your answer

Has anyone managed to successfully access a custom module within Zoho Recruit with the API? I can access custom fields within the default modules, but have not been able to access to access custom modules at all. How would I go about doing this?
Unreliability/Unavailability of Zoho Recruit and Zoho Sites
Very concerned about the lack of reliability/availability of both Zoho Recruit, and Zoho sites. I have been testing my new site throughout the day and night and have found it to be very unreliable 30-50% of the time. Either the site or zoho recruit does not come up, or it takes so long that it is not satisfactory. What is the problem? Obviously Zoho needs greater bandwidth and more load balancing and redundancy. Is there any plans to resolve this problem quickly? If this continues it will be a deal

Can new candidates be automatically marked as hot? We need them as hot (star) straight away as we unmark the star once we find them work.
Problem logging in with outlook integration
Hi, I am a returning user. I just reactivated my account at ZOHO recruit, but unfortunately the Outlook integration seems not working. It does not allow me to login into my account, even typing the correct username and password. I tried to remove and reinstall the outlook plugin, which I subcribed for, but it is still not working. How to separate the views in two career site views
Is there a way to create two career sites which will show recruiter fee on one but not on the other. If I click post to website the field also appears on the public site and on the recruiter view. When I uncheck the box it removes it from both. Noteworthy is that we are using the trial to test the service before we move to a paid subscription.

Feature Request
I would like to suggest a search by zip code radius. i.e. enter a zipcode and then select distance of 10, 20, 50, 100 miles of that zip code. It would require that you break apart the address field but most parsing engines and job boards already have that feature.

All emails going into Zoho as "New Candidates"
Hello, I left a message last week with Support and have not heard from anyone. I am having an issue between my Email and Zoho Recruit. Most of my emails (either received or sent) are coming into the Candidate tab on Zoho Recruit as a "New Candidate." I am not forward them to the Resume Inbox and, in fact, have removed the MS Outlook plug-in from Zoho entirely. It is clogging up our database and being a nuisance. Please connect me with someone who might be able to help me rectify this problem.
No email history tracking from auto email.
When candidates apply they get an automated email from ZOHO. It works! But, when I go to the candidate profile it does not show any email history. This is not helpful. I need to see ALL email communication between ZOHO and the candidate. Also, the grammar is wrong. It should say "no emails have been sent/received." See attache

Date Setting Format - Need dd/mm/yyyy
Hi, I have changed the date in the main settings to the UK format (dd/mm/yyyy) but it still shows up in the American format (mm/dd/yyyy) on most of the system, for example in schedule and event, date details inputted to Zoho Recruit etc... please can you tell how I can change this as it is very annoying.
