Sales IQ stopped working
Hi, I am running 2 websites with two chat portals. For about the last three weeks things have stopped worked correctly. Email reports only give numbers for one or the other website Brand colouring of the chat widget is crossing over into the other website The monitor "Visitors Online" (the main page of Sales IQ) is just a spinning wheel in the corner of the page (attached image) There is no way to switch the "Visitors Online" view from one site to the other Thank you in advance, Paul

Different Icon for Mobile Widget
Is there a way to have a different icon for mobile browsers than that of the selected one for main? I really love SalesIQ so far but the widget I selected for web browsers is too large for mobile browsers. Also, can we get the button widget text bubble resizable? Currently there is quite of bit of empty space. This would also be nice to have the button without the bubble for mobile browser.
unable to log in to tracking system
Hi all. i am trying to log in to my tracking system but literary after 1 to 2 seconds the screen gives me a error. Sorry, We could not process your request ! and possible reasons. Possible reasons: › The URL may be incorrect. › The Visitor details might have been removed. › You do not have access to the requested Information. is there a way to fix this or is the problem on my side.
Bots / Suspicious / Fake / Spam visitors
We have a lot of visitors having this behavior: They come and quit more than 100 times. No doubt they are bots. We have already blocked the IPs with the .htaccess and they are always coming back. Any advice to get rid of them? They are ruining our stats.
Track visitors but disable chat on website
Hi, I have set up tracking on a website but don't want to have the chat possibility. In the forum I found a script to disable but it doesn't seem to work in Google Tag manager. Hello! We need have the LiveChat window higher. Our operators write often longer text and only 2 rows are too little for their work. Can we set more rows in this window / make the window higher? Thanks!
Sales IQ chat is not working
Hi, I am using zoho sales IQ for adding chat feature in my android application. The sales IQ chat icon is working good for some time nicely. But I dont know why it suddenly disappears, I have waited for long time and in the mean while I have compiled my application various time for verification and also I have done checking after re-installing the app in the device. How do I reset the visitor scoring in SalesIQ? We have redone the defaulted scoring rules and now need them to kick in. Unfortunatly for existing records there are some very high numbers that we would like to reset. How to start the calculation for all records over in SalesIQ.

GA vs SalesIQ visitors online
Hi, We've noticed there is always a discrepancy between the number of visitors on our website according to SalesIQ and Google Analytics. Quite often the live data will show us having more visitors on SalesIQ than Google Analytics. Do you have any suggestions why we see this discrepancy? Thanks
Localization of the chat widget
We have Swedish set as standard language for the chat widget. Some of the terms and functions are not localized. Check the attached screenshot. Is there a way to localize these strings anywhere?

We have configured our web-embed to force registration of e-mail and name from users. This works fine when the user opens the chat window. However we have also included a trigger that pops up the chat window automatically after 2 min. on the users side. However in this case the system does not force the user to enter his e-mail / name. This means that we have no record of who was on the chat. How can this be fixed?

Can't answer to Zoho Sales IQ chats in SalesIQ
Hi, we are receiving onsite chat requests from usetrs via the Zoho SalesIQ solution. However, we are unable to answer as there is no form showing up / an option to typing in text in order to respond to the request. We cannot answer either to chat requests through the SalesIQ app. Could you explain to us what goes wrong here? Thanks Dirk

Is it possible to have a Sales IQ chat widget on one page in my site and have a desk help center widget on a different page? Ideally I would really like to have the ability to have the same widget but have the sales department go to salesIQ chat and the Support department go to help center. SalesIQ is great for sales chats but not as useful for our support team. jack
I cannot get an intelligent Trigger to fire where current visit source is equal to "Adwords" Is there something not working internally?
The trigger was working but we needed to change the message. I did so and it would no longer fire. So I deleted and created a new trigger. I am trying to make sure our paid google clicks that arrive from clicking on a remarketing adwords advert accesses any page on my site pop up a chat invite with a sales offer. numerous bugs
Is anyone else finding Zoho SalesIQ to be extremely buggy? I've been testing for only 2 hours and I've already logged 5 pretty significant bugs with the support team. Many of them seem to be related to the chat widget having difficultly retaining user data or communicating back with the Zoho Servers. The app is semi-stable when you sit on a page and chat, but if you chat while navigating a website it goes absolutely wild. There also seems to be many issues with ending and restarting chat sessions.
Delayed Messages between iOS App and Web User
We are testing Sales IQ on a new website for a new company we are starting we will be on the move and not always at our desk so the ability to communicate with Website visitors in real-time from our phones is great. During our initial test, we have noticed a delay of around a minute for messages sent from the phone many messages never arrive on the web chat. How do we remove the Chat label from SalesIQ? the chat label says We're Online Let's chat We want to remove this completely and just have the chat button.

Automated Triggers dont work together
I want to show invite to chat message after a visitor browse for 20 seconds. If visitor didnt start using chat after 10 seconds I want to show another invite message. I set up 2 triggers. One for each invite message. SalesIQ visitor not leaving
Since this problem is still active and the other forum topic is marked as "solved", I wanted to make this new topic. Problem: In SalesIQ under "Visitors online", visitors often don't disappear and just pile up. When I want to initiate a chat, the visitors appears to be offline and are finally removed form the list. Yesterday I had around 30 visitors showing as "on site" for over 2-5 hours. This is annoying and makes it hard to find real active visitors. This of course screws with the "visitor time
Re-Claim My Old Company Name!
Hello, I signed up using a personal email address and my real business name just testing out Zoho, and then decided I wanted to use this service and switch to my proper email address. As I couldn't change the business name, I deleted my account and then made a new one. Now I find that the business name is in use. Is there a way that I can verify my business name, and reclaim it to use with my new account? Thanks! :)

SalesIQ event tracking
We would like to use SalesIQ to track and document more detailed events on our site. Today we can only see what pages the user has visited, however we have a single page application where different actions can be performed that would make sense for us to track (no page reload). Reset agent
Hi, we have a support widget on the website and a button that opens the chat but only with the selected agent. We also use the floating button with full list. After setting the agent via "$zoho.salesiq.chat.agent()", is there any posibility to reset to have the whole list again when clicking the floating button?
