Copying a Zoho Sheet to save on other Sheet or word document

How do you link cells between sheets?
I want to start off by saying these applications are really cool. I would like to start using the spreadsheet. I would like to link a cell from one sheet to another. I would also like to name cell ranges. Are these features available in Zoho sheets? If so, they are not intuitive at all. I also find your Zoho forum search/Blog search to be a poor substitute for help. Are there plans to incorporate some better help in these applications? Thanks. rlieving

maximum formula length?
I have succesfully uploaded a very complex XL spreadsheet. Multiple tabs, lots of lookups, etc. However all of my fields have the error "#VALUE". I assume that the formulass are too long for Zoho sheet to evaluate. Is there a spec of how many characters can be in a given formula, or how many nested formulas, tc?

Sharing Question
If I share an sheet, does that person have to set up a Zoho account to view the spreadsheet? I made practice sheet and shared it with one of my own email addresses (a different address than I use as my Zoho username). If I am logged in to my Zoho account on another page in my browser than the link works fine. However, if I am not logged in to my Zoho account then I get white screen that says "Error Occured". I don't want people to have to sign up for an account to view the sheet, is this possible?

Hi zoho-team, are their any way to get the date format day/mounth/year (german)? Or are their any Country-settings in zoho for this? And how can I stop the autoformat? Sheet - Date Entry/Format
When entering a date the format appears to have to be in mm/dd/yy format, even if you set the display format as dd/mm/yy or dd-mmm-yy. Very confusing, and not standard for most countries. Can this be changed?

I would feel safer if my docs in Zoho sheets are under "https" url. As I noticed, all sheets are under normal "http" link. Any way you can make safe pages by HTTPS so that we can upload some important sheets?

Hi, I am a new user to Zoho, switching from GDocs only a few days ago. So far I'm loving everything... For the most part I like it even more than G.Docs... but big sheets = Sloowwww... How do I Print in Color?
I need to print my sheet with color. When I got to print, the colors do not show up in the print preview screen and there is no option to change black and white to color. Is it just not possible to print in color or am I missing something? Please advise! Thanks! Ali

Hello, I want to use zoho sheet for my work. I want to make a work schedule for my staff, about 15 persons. May i use Zoho sheet for free? Because it is not really for personal use... In the pricing table it says: Free for personal use. Business/Corporate users may be charged. Every Service Will have a free edition for individuals. There is a discount for non-profit organizations. Hi, While I like the advantage of having all my office documents with Zoho I am a bit concerned that quite a bit of the functionality is not there. Eporting a spreadsheet to a pdf should be fairly straight forward. However there is no way to tell Sheet or the pdf maker what page orientation I want. This is a must have!! Exporting to Open Office is pretty much useless. Calculations get completely messed up. Exporting to gnumeric works fairly well but again page orientation issues. Printing from Zoho

Zoho Sheet questions.
I have made a graph on zoho sheet using two different lines and need a legend for it. How do you edit the legend (ours just says "1" for the first line and "2" for the second line) Also we have another graph that shows percent change. All the numbers are between -1 and 1 but the graph just shows "0" and no other numbers. How do we get more numbers on the y-axis? Thanks you
Recalcualte is time expensive
Hi, I've a macro that copies contents from one sheet (A) to another sheet (B). Sheet A has a sum function that sums up the 15 rows that are being copied from Sheet B. The row with the sum function in it is not copied from B. The sum does not recalculate so I had to add a range.recalculate line into the code. The range has 3 cells with a sum function in each. This one line makes the macro go from less than 1 second to about 5-6 seconds. I would like to have the recalculation take place without the
Publish sheet as read only
I wish to share a sheet with friends but I do not want anybody else to be able to change anything; i.e. read only. Is this possible? Although the sheet opens in public view as read only, there is an option to enable editing. I do not want this. Thanks in advance.

Copying a Range of cells to another sheet...
I have a main sheet (lets call sheet 1) that I update on a regular basis.. I want to take about 1/4 of that sheet and duplicate it on another sheet (Sheet 2) and then publish sheet 2 online. So I can just make changes to sheet 1 and they will update on sheet 2 which is a public sheet. I basically only want the public to see a part of sheet 1 (that range of cells on sheet 2) but only want to have to update sheet 1 for the changes to show on both.

On shared sheets, macro's won't run
Hi, I have created a sheet, that auto creates html code, we have done it so that those who run prediction leagues on our site, that don't know html code, can have the sheet auto create the html code for them. Everything is working fine, however on shared sheets, the macro's don't run. How can I open SHEET with a saved sheet of my own?
Sheet opens with a blank new sheet. Then I have to go to File Open and select a sheet of my own to open (almost always the same one). Is it possible to change a setting (I haven't been able to find one) which opens a sheet of my choice instead of the blank one when I open SHEET ? Thank you

Hi, I am new to Zoho Sheet. I created a sign up sheet for my group. I would like to have everyone in my group to be able to update the sheet. Many of them are not Zoho users.
