Setting sheet defaults
I'm new to Zoho so excuse me if I sound ignorant, but I can't work out how to set the defaults for new spreadsheets to my choice of font, styles, etc. I looked for the usual sort of thing, "Tools>Options>Set defaults", but I can't find anything. Many thanks
Unable to save - document exceeds the prescribed limit
Hi there, Am having problems with a Zoho sheet that won't let me make and then save changes. it comes up with the error message "unable to save. the document exceeds the prescribed limit (i.e. 65536 rows and 256 columns per worksheet or 1 million cells per workbook)... etc. however neither the workbook nor the sheet are particularly large. have tried taking it out and putting it back in but no change. any suggestions? thanks Dan Littlehales
Can't access shared sheets using Office Plug-in
I need to edit documents on Excel using the plug-in which is fantastic. However it only shows my documents and not ones that are shared. Is there a way to get or give full access so others can use on their desktop?
Occassional sorting hiccups & the number "40228"
Sorting problems still occasionally occur. I've been sorting strictly by column A (date), making sure that THE ENTIRE SHEET is selected ( I no longer trust the "expand selection?" option! ) I decided to sort by column D (last name). I selected entire sheet, and tried using "custom sort". It sorted that column, but the rows didn't follow along, as they should have. Fortunately, I was able to revert to an earlier version (the back-button wasn't 'active', so it wasn't an option). ALSO-- I noticed something

Hi there, keep getting an issue where by certian items in the last column I've used are duplicating themselves in all columns right to the end, causing error messages because of the number of cells used etc. please see attached document for an example of this problem. the only way to solve this is the export and completely start again in another sheet. is there a way to stop this happening or make it easier to solve the problem. regards Dan Littlehales

I have tried using the "keep me signed in" on numerous computers, I have both XP home and Vista home, with both if I close the window and go back to your site, i have to sign in again which makes me think that feature is not working. heres the suggestion: ability to save the path to a file in the favorites bar (IE8+) so, say I save a list of things i need, rather than log in & go there, if I choose to save my login info, I could just click the link and the spreadsheet would come up with the file

Cut & Paste Problems - Help
When ever I cut and paste anything that has blank cells or paragraphs of text the alignment gets all messed up and the copy paste is useless. I tried everything i could think of with no luck. I tried from CSV file, no luck. The crazy part is that same problem exists if I cut and paste from excel directly or if I cut and paste from another document within Zoho sheet. The only solution is too upload new files everytime but this doesn't work since I have many detailed comment fields and they won't import!

Freezing Panes
I'm trying to 1 row of a simple spreadsheet I'm using in Zoho Sheet and it keeps telling me to "freeze panes" but when I click on that option, it's not allowing me to do it. I go back and click "more actions" and it still says "freeze panes". I'm using Google Chrome for Windows if that helps.

zoho sheets
I have had a spread sheet developed in excel format with a macros installed. When I try to import it to zoho sheets I can not duplicate the sheet. The sheet allows me to enter information onto a main sheet, and by pressing the generate rep sheet button all leads will be distributed to each rep for private viewing so the other reps can only see and update their leads.I am currently using zoho crm and I would rather have this method. I would find it very helpful if you add the HOURS format, so that when I calculate weekly hours, I get an accurate count. I would like to make my public sheet default to the Edit mode (not the Read Only mode)...most of the people that will be using my sheet don't look around for options and buttons to click to be able to edit...they just expect the page to load and be able to edit the info in the sheet. Please help!
